If this story sounds like a repeat, well, that's because it is! Two years ago, veteran actor Rip Torn was arrested for drunk driving in New York after allegedly ramming his car into a taxi. This time, Torn hit another car in the suburb of North Salem and was immediately given a field sobriety test and arrested for driving while intoxicated. At left, the great mug shot from this arrest. A jury acquitted Torn for the earlier charge because it wasn't proven that he was drinking before his fender bender.
