I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but most diets out there are just too unrealistic - and expensive! I shelled out the 27 bucks for the Idiot-Proof Diet after reading such positive reviews, and now I can give one too!

This diet has worked like no other I have ever tried. I am getting all of the nutrients I need, I have plenty of energy, I'm hardly ever really hungry, and I'm still losing weight just by eating the foods from the diet plan! I eat 4-5 times a day following the menu that was generated specifically for me, I just chose the foods that I like to eat and already have in my home and the rest is history. I am only on Day 5 of my first 11 day cycle and I have lost 10 lbs.! I can't wait to see if I can lose the entire 20 lbs. that I initially aimed for. I have read a lot of negative comments on this diet as well, saying that you need to exercise in order to keep the weight off. But in fact, the diet does suggest brisk walking everyday. I just walk my dog, it works fine. I recommend this to anyone whether you just need to lose a few vanity pounds, or if you really want to change your body - FAST!
