Music Teacher Faces 35 Felony Charges for Sex With Girl, 17 - Adam Albrecht, Capuchino High School

Capuchino High School band teacher Adam Albrecht, 28, was arrested without incident Thursday night at his Broadmoor home, Broadmoor police Lt. Dave Parenti said.
Albrecht was booked into San Mateo County Jail in Redwood City on 35 felony counts of oral sex and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, as well as four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, believed to be for providing alcohol, according to Parenti.
According to Parenti, the alleged crimes between Albrecht and the 17-year-old student took place primarily at Albrecht's home, between January and April of this year. Police were notified after one of the girl's parents told the school superintendent, Parenti said.
