Nude Pictures of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo - Lawsuits Threatened if Published

The latest celebs caught in the buff are NOT happy! Jessica Simpson's ex and his current babe were caught in a Jacuzzi at a private Mexican resort in pic published in US magazine Life and Style last week. The bad news? There are apparently even MORE embarrassing pictures of the two together, this time reportedly showing Nick and Vanessa in several sexual positions. A source told gossip website TMZ.com: "The pictures are Paris Hilton sex tape level."
The couple's lawyer has warned weekly magazines they will face a lawsuit if they publish the shocking images.
He said: "The photographer was outrageous and malicious.
"The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos."
