Catholic School Principal Arrested for Enticing Minor Online - Louis J. Stroschein

In another one of those online sting operations where a bald 40-year-old cop pretends to be a sex-starved 14-year-old girl, the catch this time wasn't just a teacher or coach. This time they landed the principal of a Catholic high school in Iowa. Here's more from SW Iowa News:

Shelby County Catholic School Principal Louis J. Stroschein is in the Black Hawk County Jail after being arrested last Friday for allegedly enticing a minor. Stroschein, 31, allegedly engaged in an Internet chat with a female he knew to be under 16 years old and arranged to meet her in Waterloo and take her to a motel to have sex, according to Lt. Jeff Schmidt of the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office. The female was actually a law enforcement official with Iowa's Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce Unit. Schmidt said officials arrested Stroschein when he arrived at the Waterloo location. He is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on a $100,000 bail amount. Enticing a minor is a Class D felony.
