This whole thing is starting to smell fishy . . . and, apparently the cops think so, too. Frederic Von Anhalt, who recently tried to insert himself into the whole Anna Nicole Smith fiasco by claiming he was the father of her baby, is again in the spotlight. This time, he claims three hot babes flagged him down, asked to have their picture taken with him (why?) and then robbed him at gunpoint, making him strip naked and handcuffing him to the steering wheel of his car. Yeah, right! Cops are now looking at nearby surveillance tape to see if they can find proof of the robbery or proof that Van Asshat filed a false police report. Here's more from News.Au:

Frederic Von Anhalt called police at about 10am on Friday and said he had been flagged down by three women in a white Chrysler convertible with Florida plates, police said.
Von Anhalt said he thought the three women wanted to pose for a photograph with him, but when he started talking to them, one of them pushed a gun into his neck.
"All of a sudden I felt a pressure on my neck. She said to me: 'It's the real thing, don't move'," Von Anhalt said outside a Santa Monica courtroom.
"And then they took everything off me. Took my watch off, my expensive watch. I'm completely in the nude," said Von Anhalt, who uses the royal title prince, which he says was given to him by a German princess who adopted him.
Von Anhalt said one woman took the keys from his Rolls Royce Phantom then handcuffed him to the steering wheel.
Police said no handcuffs were found when they arrived.

WV's Outstanding Young Teacher Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teen at Future Farmers of America Retreat

Man, you just can't make this crap up! Just because it's summer, doesn't mean that teachers aren't still, uh, working hard. Take James Beatty, who was awarded the West Virginia Association of Agricultural Educators' Outstanding Young Teacher in 2005 and 2006. Beaty is accused of sexually assaulting a student while the pair were at a school-sponsored Future Farmers of America retreat at Cass Scenic Railroad in Pocahontas County. For real! The assault is being classified as "forcible".
The report says since the incident, Beatty has tried to kiss the girl he allegedly assaulted six or seven times in school.
The girl reported the incident to the police.
Beatty teaches animal sciences at Elkins High School.
Randolph County school officials say they are conducting their own investigation into the alleged incidents.

Ex-American Idol Corey Clark Arrested on Drug Possession Charges - North Little Rock, AR

Remember Corey Clark, the former American Idol contestant who claimed he had an affair with judge Paula Abdul? Well, after no one believed him about that one, he's fallen even further, this time getting arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after cops in North Little Rock got a report of a suspicious vehicle idling in a neighborhood. And yes, based on his mugshot, Clark still has "Sideshow Bob" hair. Here's more from NWA Online:

When officers approached, Clark exited the vehicle, in which he was a passenger. His name was run through the Arkansas Crime Information Center and the National Crime Information Center, which revealed outstanding warrants from Arizona, where Clark was arrested and charged earlier this year for aggravated harassment and interference with judicial proceedings. A bond of $25,000 was set in the case against the 27-year-old resident of Mount Juliet, Tenn.
Police contacted Arizona officials and agreed to hold Clark in North Little Rock for up to 15 days while the extradition process gets under way.
Clark, who was born in California, was disqualified in the second season of "American Idol" after TheSmokingGun.com revealed Clark was arrested after a domestic dispute. Two years after being booted from the show, Clark claimed he and Abdul had an affair during the time he appeared on "American Idol."

Cops Chase Drunk Duo Trying to Flee on Horseback - Culpepper, Virginia

This one started innocently enough (don't they all?) with a man urinating on the side of the convenience store Saturday night in Culpepper, VA. When several spectators asked him to stop because children were present, the drunken man became angry, hopped back on the horse he was riding and tried to run the mob down with his animal. He then took off with a female companion, who apparently was also drunk and also on horseback.
Or course, the police were called and were able to catch up with couple on a nearby street. But did they stop? No, they took off on the horses, but didn't get far according to reports. The man eventually ran into a utility wire and was knocked off his steed, while the woman just fell off her horse because she was so drunk. The pair were charged with riding a horse on a highway after dark without proper reflective material, being drunk in public and obstruction of justice and the guy also was charged with attempted unlawful wounding.
BONUS: This is their second arrest this year for being drunk on horseback! (Washington Post)

Lindsay Lohan Arrested for DUI AGAIN! Cops Find Cocaine in Pocket, No Brains in Head

Let's see: DUI Arrest to Phony Rehab to 21st Birthday Party to Second DUI Arrest, With a Drug Possession Chaser. It's been quite a summer for "actress" Lindsay Lohan and it's not even the end of July yet! And it certainly makes her a finalist for the Celebrity Dumbass of the Year Award. At right, we think this is her current mugshot, but she's had so many, it's hard to tell them all apart.

Actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested for DUI at 2:00 AM PST by Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. Lohan will be charged with possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license.
Point-Spreads.com sources have learned that her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit and that cops found cocaine in her pants pocket. Online betting website WagerWeb.com had Lindsay Lohan as the +225 odds favorite to be the next celebrity to get a DUI.
Lohan has alerady been released on $25k bail. Law enforcement says Lindsay was stopped after cops got a call of a Cadillac Escalade was being chased by Lohan's white Denali.
She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. At the time of her arrest, Lohan refused to submit to a PASD - Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device, which is a chemical test administered to determine blood alcohol levels.
Despite the refusal, Lindsay failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

UK Driving Instructor in Trouble for Telling Female Student Her "Boobs Would Make a Good Mobile Phone Holder" - Well, Duh!

Cleavage is an amazing thing and gets a lot of well-deserved attention. Sometimes the attention is unwanted though, such as when your 59-year-old, twice divorced driver's ed teacher not only stares at your breasts, but makes an inappropriate comment about them . . . such as how well they would hold up his cell phone. (Not sure of that's a euphemism or not.) At a trial this week, Brit David Austin was convicted of two charges of sexual assault, but spared jail and instead received a 12-month supervision order and ordered to do 80 hours of community service. In addition to the 'boobs would make a good mobile phone holder', Austin was also accused of suggesting that she undo buttons on her top as punishment for missing lessons then lunged at her. Mom Charged, Allowed Woman, 22 to Move Into Bedroom With Son, 13 - Kathryn Brauch, Maria Conklin

Maria Conklin, 40, of Potsdam, NY is in trouble with the law for allegedly allowing a 22-year-old California woman to move into her home. The problem with that? The woman moved into the same room as her 13-year-old son after the two met online playing an online adventure game called RuneScape. Kathryn Brauch reportedly drove all the way across the country to be with the boy who she met last year when he was only 12! And once in town, the pair allegedly went at it like hamster. Now Brauch faces charges of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors(she and the boy reportedly exchanged images of their naked body parts after she bought him a cell phone). Brauch was arraigned and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail, while "mom" was charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. (NewsDay)

DC School Official Fired After Plastering Nude Pics of Her Boyfriend Around Building - D'Wanna Lee

There are break-ups and then there are BREAK-UPS, and this story out of Washington, DC is likely the later. According to the DC Public Schools, D'Wanna Lee was a special assistant to acting D.C. Deputy Mayor for Education Victor Reinoso and apparently was dating a man who worked for a contractor who performed maintenance in the building where their headquarters were. Follow that so far? After Lee and this man broke up, (we're guessing he broke it off with her) she reportedly decided to take revenge by posting naked picture of him around the building in bathrooms and various offices last week. When building security officers found the photos, they destroyed them but not before Ms. Lee was fired from her job. That'll teach her ex-, won't it ladies! (Examiner)

Cops Stop Speeder: Find Driver is Drunk, Naked, Needs to Use Bathroom - Maine

A Maine police officer got more than he bargained for Sunday night when he pulled a car over for speeding. According to the officer, when the approached the car, he noticed that the driver, Patricia Buck, 61 was naked. She and her passenger, Douglas H. Litchfield, 59, claimed to have been in the woods and said that Buck's clothing had been "washed away in a stream." Buck also insisted that she needed to the use the bathroom, so the officer offered to escort them to a nearby campground. Instead, Litchfield grabbed the wheel and took off, resulting in a high speed chase. Not surprisingly, both were eventually caught and arrested for drunk driving and driving to endanger. (CBS News)

Update: Jeni Dinkel, 51, Admits to Sex With Son's Friend, 15 - Wife of Former Bengal

The strange case of Jeni Lee Dinkel is coming to a close after the former Hollywood make-up artist admitted in court to sexual activity with her son's 15-year old friend during a wild party at the Dinkel family home. Up until recently, Mrs. Dinkel--wife of former Bengal Tom Dinkel--had hinted that it was the victim who initiated the contact and up until a few weeks ago it looked like she might get off with only probation after entering a guilty plea. That is, until Judge Gregory Bartlett stepped in and said that he thought the case was "too far off the norm" to accept a plea deal. Dinkel's sentencing is now set for August 7th, much sooner than she had expected and it must have surprised her because according to some media reports she left the courtroom in tears. (Fox 19)

Father Stuff Girls Into Trunk After Visiting Grandma at Nursing Home - Michael Fekete

The attorney for Michael Fekete, 48, say that this father of two did nothing wrong outside a Foxborough nursing home on Sunday when he put his two daughters inside the trunk of his Chevy Cobalt in 90 degree heat. His girls allegedly told police that they liked going in the closed trunk "so they could play" with a glow-in-the-dark release lever inside. Prosecutors say the girls were in the small space for at least five minutes, Fekete and his brother claim it was more like 30 seconds.
Fekete pleaded not guilty Monday to two counts of reckless endangerment and assault and was released without bond. (Boston Herald)

Man Arrested for Firing Nail Gun at Cops for No Reason - Lakewood

If you want to get the attention of the cops, you could call 911. Or you could flag one down as you see it driving by. Or, you could do like this Lakewood, California did and fire a nail gun at their car several times while they are making a traffic stop in your neighborhood.
Police in Southern California aren't sure what prompted a 32-year-old man to fire several times at one of their patrol cars, but when they chased him back into his home he refused to come out for 13 hours. At that point, officers fired tear gas into the home and sent in a canine unit which prompted him to flee out the back door where he was apprehended.
But it's like I always said: "Nail guns don't kill people, people kill people."(San Jose Mercury News)

Amy Polumbo, Miss New Jersey, Releases Blackmail Photos on Today Show - Boyfriend bites breast

Ho hum! After all the uproar about reportedly "scandalous" photos of Miss New Jersey, Amy Polumbo, the beauty queen went on NBC's Today Show and released the pictures. What did they contain? One pic shows a smiling Polumbo with a man she identified as her boyfriend, his open mouth over her left breast. A fully clothed Polumbo, we might add which she claimed was taken at a nightclub. Next! Another shows Polumbo, wearing blue jeans, spreading her legs high in the air, while a third shows her at a Halloween party holding two small pumkins in front of her breasts. That's it? Someone was going to try to blackmail her with that kind of crap? Dude, our education system here in the US must really suck if they thought that lame-ass stunt would work. Teacher/Babysitter Accused of Sexually Assaulting Boy, 13 - Lauren Michelle Cosgrove, Strickland Middle School

A 28-year-old married, mother of two, who's full time job is teaching middle school, but who babysits during the summer, now faces two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy who is her former student and current babysittie. According to cops, Lauren Michelle Cosgrove, who taught at Strickland Middle School, was caught after the 13-year-old victim's siblings reported that something fishy was going on between the babysitter and their brother. As in, they would see the two kissing, and other times would go into his bedroom and shut the door. That's not good.
When confronted, the teen admitted to the relationship and that the two had sexual relations but planned to "be together when he reaches the age of 18. ” Oh really? According to the arresting document, "[The victim] said he was worried what the consequences for Lauren would be. He said he knew she was wrong for what she had done but said he was also at fault. "Popular" High School English Teacher Caught in Parked Car With Boy, 16 - Christy Anne Brown, 33, Cyrus High School

Another female teacher caught in a parked car with an underage boy? What is this, like the 10th one so far this year? Get a room already!
This time, a police officer in West Valley City, Utah reportedly found Christy Anne Brown in a parked car on a public street, allegedly having sex with one of her former students, who's only 17. Police say that after her arrest, Brown, 33, admitted to having an ongoing relationship with the young man, starting in April when he was only 16. According to the jail report, the two have had sex over 40 times since then and including having oral sex with the juvenile at her home and also at work. Technically, Ms. Brown no longer teaches English at Cyrus High School: she reportedly resigned on June 1 to take a teaching position somewhere out of state. One former student said she was a popular teacher, and that some students would try to switch classes so they could be taught by her. (DeseretNews)

Family of Girl, 26, Who Married Teacher Sue School - Windy Hagar, Brenton Wuchae

The last time we heard from the parents of Windy Hagar, 16, a HS cross country star at South Brunswick High School, they were reluctantly giving their permission for their little girl to marry her 40-year-old coach, Brenton Wuchae. That was on the same day that Wuchae resigned as a teacher in order to avoid charges that he was allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student. And now? Dennis and Betty Hager of Oak Island are seeking at least $20,000 in damages from the school district for allegedly failing to protect their daughter. Wait, what? Sunset Tan's "Olly Girls" Show Up Topless to Poker Tournament - Molly & Holly

Has anyone NOT seen the "Olly Girls" from E!'s hit summer show "Sunset Tan?" The girls, named Holly and Molly (hence the moniker) are now making the celebrity rounds and aren't afraid to doff their tops if need be. According to E's Party Girl blog, the pair (or should we say foursome?) showed up at the Sports Dream Celebrity Poker Tournament at the Playboy Mansion wearing only booty shorts with nothing but paint covering their extremely perky breasts. And this isn't the first time they've gone to an event, uh "dressed" this way. Video of Houston Toddler Given Ecstasy Leads to Arrests - YouTube, LiveLeak

Was a young girl riding on the floor of a van given the drug Ecstasy by her mother? Police are investigating after a video clip of the girl, apparently unresponsive with her eyes rolling back into her head, appeared on YouTube and then LiveLeak.com. Here's more from ABC News:

Texas authorities have interviewed the occupants of a minivan who appear in an online video that shows a toddler who might have been given ecstasy, as authorities try to determine whether the child actually ingested the powerful street drug.
"They don't have enough information to say with any certainty whether or not she was exposed to any drugs," Lt. John Martin, a spokesman for the Harris County Sheriff's Office, told ABC News.
"Their story is basically that they told the little girl to act that way and they were basically filming her doing what they said," Martin said.
Investigators, under the leadership of the FBI's Houston field office, have also interacted with the toddler, Martin said.
In the disturbing video, a girl roughly 2 years old sits huddled on the floor in the back seat of a minivan, her eyes rolling back in her head as the young women in the car tease, laugh and poke at her. At times, she looks unresponsive to a teen playing with her face and sticking iPod speakers in her ears.
At least four females, who appear to be in their teens or early 20s, are captured on tape laughing at the little girl as she sits stone-faced throughout most of the 2½ minute clip. Another child, also not wearing a seat belt, can be seen in the back seat of the vehicle.
"She's taking that hit like a soldier," a female voice says. "She's rolling, girl, she's rolling."
"Rolling" is a term commonly used to describe the effects of Ecstasy, a potentially lethal street drug that is often associated with the club scene.

Drunk Teacher Drops Toddler Boarding Cruise Ship, Blows .49% BAC! - Holly Spreen, Newmarket

For a drunk on a boat, this is sure a complicated story. Let's start from the beginning: Holly Spreen, 34, is a special education teacher in Seabrook, NH. For some reason, she was boarding a cruise ship with her 2-year-old son in Portsmouth when she dropped him. And she didn't just drop him anywhere: Spreen allegedly dropped the toddler so his little legs ended up dangling between the boat and the dock which could have had disasterous results. And to top things off she dragged the little guy for a while, just to be sure.
Concerned passengers notifed authorities, who then questioned Spreen, determined that she was intoxicated. And boy, was she intoxicated! According to cops she blew a .49% BAC, more than 6 times the legal limit for DUI. To give you some idea of what that means, most people are in a coma at .30% and most are dead at .45%. The fact that she was even able to walk at .49 is somewhat of a miracle. On top of all that, it all happened at 2 o'clock in the afternoon!
As you might expect, Spreen is accused of endangering the welfare of her son who now lives with his father. (WMUR)

Louisiana Senator's Phone Number Appears on D.C. Madam's List - Sen. David Vitter, R-La.

Just hours after it was released, there has already been a match made between one of the numbers from a high priced Washington, DC area escort service and a member of Congress. Sen. David Vitter, R-La., apologized Monday night for "a very serious sin in my past" after his telephone number appeared among those associated with an escort service operated by the so-called "D.C. Vitter's spokesman, Joel Digrado, confirmed the statement in an e-mail sent to The Associated Press.
"This was a very serious sin in my past for which I am, of course, completely responsible," Vitter said in the statement. "Several years ago, I asked for and received forgiveness from God and my wife in confession and marriage counseling. Out of respect for my family, I will keep my discussion of the matter there — with God and them. But I certainly offer my deep and sincere apologies to all I have disappointed and let down in any way."

Grandmother Arrested After Baby Ingests Meth - Janna Beau, Richland Hills, TX

"Grandmother of the Year" finalist? Janna Beau, 48, has been arrested on an accusation of endangering a child after her 8-month-old grandson ended up in the hospital in April after accidentally swallowing methamphetamines. According to cops, the infant was living with Ms. Beau, his 1-year-old sister and his mother, Whitney Walker at grandma's house. Why was Beau charged? Police say that she, ". . .allowed illegal drugs into her home where the baby had access" and ". . . took no precaution to preventing the baby from being exposed." And don't think mom is off the hook: the cops are also preparing an identical charge against her which is a state jail felony punishable by up to two years in prison. (Dallas Morning News)
