Bottomless Man Found in SUV With Laptop, Porn, Condoms and Underage Girl - Paul Adrian Leonice

Paul Adrian Leonice, 29, is not a teacher, but he seems to be acting like one. According to police, they spotted a suspicious looking sport utility vehicle in Dixie Highway’s Langford Park about 9:30 p.m. the other night. Cops say they saw a pantless Leonice exit the vehicle, covering his groin area with only a laptop. When approached by police, he claimed to be only "looking at porn on the computer" but then observant officers noticed a half-naked 16-year-old girl and a box of condoms under a blanket in the rear of the SUV. At that point, the girl admitted that she had been meeting Leonice secretly for about a year. Busted!
Leonice was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and booked on $30,000 bond. (TC Palm)

Teacher Arrested for Allegedly Exposing Himself on Highway - Andrew Jervis

A couple from Iowa, driving their big rig through Rhode Island, got more than they bargained for when the passed a car driven by a male teacher. Not a whole lot to this story, but it does make you wonder how often this happens each day on the highway. Here's more from Turn to 10:

A Westerly teacher was arrested Wednesday after police say he exposed himself to another driver on the highway. Andrew Jervis, 40, of West Greenwich is charged with disorderly conduct. Jervis is a social studies teacher at westerly middle school. Police say they received a call from a couple driving a tractor trailer along Interstate 95 in South County.

New House Page Sex Scandal: Oral Sex in the Page Dorm, Shoplifting at the Mall

Wow! A new sex scandal in Washington and it doesn't involve--that we know of--either former president Bill Clinton or Senator Larry Craig. This time it's unsupervised young people having sex with each other . . . but probably not in a way that best represents the United States Congress. Here's more from the Washington Post:

So much for reform of the House page program in the wake of the Mark Foley scandal. House teenage pages are so wild and unsupervised that two GOP members of Congress have resigned from the House Page Board, protesting that they were not informed of two pages caught shoplifting and two others busted for engaging in public oral sex.
One of the members who resigned, Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite of Florida, tells the Sleuth that she felt "very, very uncomfortable" both as a mother and a grandmother continuing to serve on a board she feels is inadequately supervised.
"I thought the Mark Foley incident was a wake-up call," Brown-Waite said, referring to the disgraced former GOP congressman from Florida who was caught sending sexually tawdry instant messages to male House pages. "Apparently it wasn't." The congresswoman added, "If I had a 16-year-old granddaughter, I wouldn't let her come up here. I would not let my 16-year-old grandson come up here." (The congresswoman does have a 16-year-old grandson.)
One of the incidents that bothered Brown-Waite involved what she called "inappropriate sexual indiscretions" between two teenaged pages. She would not elaborate, though she said other pages served as "enablers." A source familiar with the incident - which resulted in the expulsions of two pages - said one female page performed oral sex on a male page in the page dorm room as the other teenagers watched. "The enablers provided cover for them, the other pages were watching," the source said. According to Brown-Waite, the alleged public sexual indiscretions were "not an isolated incident." Two other pages were expelled for shoplifting. Brown-Waite and another source said one of the shoplifters was charged with a felony.

Jessica Sierra Sex Tape Shocker: Arrested American Idol Star's Naked Home Video to be Released

Things just go from bad to worse for former American Idol finalist Jessica Seirra. According to the celebrity gossip website TMZ.com, an unnamed Internet porn company has attained the rights to a sex video and will distribute it. As you likely recall, Sierra currently faces eleven years in prison for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence which violated her probation only DAYS after she got a slap on the wrist. And it sounds like there's more than wrist-slapping going on in the sex tape. TMZ has a naked still from the video (which looks like it was shot in a motel room) showing Sierra in a bathtub . . . smoking cigarette. Likely we will be hearing more about it in the days to come.

Teacher's Aide, 38, Arrested for Sex With Boy, 14 - Kellie Ann Lundon-Cormican

Apparently, this kid couldn't find a full fledged teacher to have sex with, so he had to settle for a "para-professional," someone trained to perform certain educational functions helping teachers, but who is not a certified teacher. And actually, not even a full time teacher's aide, but a sub! That allegedly describes Kellie Ann Lundon-Cormican, 38, who used to work for the Crookston Public School District in Minnesota, was charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a 14-year-old male student. At right, the only picture we could find of Kellie Ann Lundon-Cormican. Here's more from the Grand Forks Herald:

During a taped interview with police, Lundon-Cormican told Bienek:
Her relationship with the boy began in August and she had sexual intercourse with him "a couple times," in her Crookston home. "By 'sex,' she meant full intercourse; she also performed oral sex on (the boy); when school started, she backed off."
Then the boy "showed up last week and it started again . . . she and (the boy) had sex both at her residence and in her vehicle . . . all of the sexual acts took place in Crookston."
Generally, the age of consent for sexual contact in Minnesota is 16. Any sexual contact by someone Lundon-Cormican's age and a 14-year-old is criminal sexual conduct; a mistake about the victim's age, or "consent" by the victim is not a defense, according to state law.
Even if the victim is 16, and the alleged perpetrator is 38, any sexual contact may be a crime under several circumstances, including if the 38-year-old is in a position of authority over the victim, or coerced him, or committed multiple sexual acts, according to the statutes.
The specific, third-degree charges against Lundon-Cormican allege she sexually penetrated a victim who was at least 13 but less than 16, and that she was more than two years older than the alleged victim. The four counts involve incidents alleged to have happened in August, September, Nov. 28 and Nov. 30.

Woman Files False Rape Report Because of "Marital Problems" - Adriana Velasquez

We have to admit, it was the mug shot that got us on this one. She just has that, "I can't believe I got caught, what am I going to do now?" look, doesn't she?
According to police, Adriana Velasquez, 28, claimed she was attacked by two men when she opened up the family business in Little Havana, in Miami. One of them cut off her clothes and then attempted to sexually assault her, but whas stopped when she somehow managed to press an alarm. Velasquez was even able to give police a detailed description of one of the attackers, but when no tips on the robbery/assault came in after major press coverage, they went back to Velasquez who admitted she made up the whole thing because she was having "marital problems". Canadian Teen Talks About Sex With Married Female Teacher, 39 - Jennifer Dorland

Things are getting so bad, even kids in the normally chaste Canada are allegedly not safe from hot teachers looking for sex. In this latest incident, a boy who was 13 at the time told a court that former teacher Jennifer Dorland, then 39, rubbed his genitals while he touched her breasts and buttocks on a couch in the basement of her Cornwall-area home. "We just kept kissing and touching and rubbing against one another," said the now 17-year-old, whose identity is protected by a publication ban.
The teen testified he briefly touched Dorland's vagina during a two-hour rendezvous. They did not have intercourse, he said.
"I knew I wasn't supposed to do it, but at the same time I enjoyed it. I wanted it," he said. "I was attracted to Mrs. Dorland. I hadn't felt like that with anybody before."
Following the initial incident, the teen testified Dorland rubbed his genitals at least three other times during tutoring sessions and in her car.
The soft-spoken teen, who was in Grade 9 at the time, told the court the sexual encounters ended after his father discovered two e-mails Dorland sent him and showed them to his mother, who then confronted the teacher.
However, Dorland wasn't charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching until January 2006, when the teen provided his father with details about the alleged encounters.
The teacher has pleaded not guilty. She has been suspended from teaching since the charges were laid.

Former Hot Blonde Teacher Debra Lafave Arrested for Violating Probation: Talked About Her Personal Life With Teen Waitress

One of the hot blonde teachers credited with starting the most recent wave of scandals involving sex with underage boys has been arrested for violating her probation. Debra Lafave allegedly discussed her personal life (including boyfriends and sexual issues) with a 17-year-old co-worker at a restaurant in Tampa called Danny Boy's where they both worked as waitresses. According to the Florida Department of Corrections one of the terms of her probation said Lafave was not allowed to have "unsupervised contact with any minors without permission."

Security Video Shows Two Naked Men Trying to Buy Candy: Next Trick? Avoid PMITA Prison

WTF? Did these idiots not know that EVERY convenience store in America has security cameras now and they record EVERYTHING that happens? Maybe they were too drunk to think about that, but it does appear that Phoenix, Arizona cops have pretty clear pictures of their mugs, and their junk.

Two men came into a convenience store around 3am Saturday night and casually shopped for candy and doughnuts - despite being completely naked.
The men were captured by security cameras during the incident. They appeared to be accompanied by a female shown in the video leaving with the 2 men.
Store clerk Theresa Dockstadercerter said the men were very polite and did not steal anything. They appeared to be in their 20's.
Theresa said they purchased a piece of candy, 2 drinks, and a doughnut. She did tell the one man who bought a doughnut that he had to buy whichever one he touched.
Chevron has not filed a complaint with police as of Tuesday afternoon.

Chemistry Teacher Arrested for Making Meth in School - Jeff Scheidemantel, Shafter High School

Crystal meth or methamphetamine is a nasty drug that's actually manufactured by those who sell it . . . and the process is anything but pleasant. As we understand it, the fumes released during the process are dangerous to inhale, permanently damage the materials in the room, and on occassion, it can also cause explosions. Jeff Scheidemantel of Bakersfield was arrested on suspicion of possession of precursor chemicals necessary for the production of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and manufacturing methamphetamine endangering children, according to a news release by the Bakersfield Police Department.
Students are not suspected to have been involved in the alleged drug operation, according to police and the Kern High School District.
"We don't have any indications that students were in danger," said John Teves, spokesman for the school district.
In November, local and federal agents were alerted that Scheidemantel went online to buy red phosphorus and was trying to import the product from outside the country, said Sgt. Greg Terry with BPD. Red phosphorus is an important ingredient for making methamphetamine, Terry said.
On Saturday, officers executed search warrants at Scheidemantel's home and his school chemistry lab.
Investigators found recipes of different ways to make methamphetamine in the raids and seized several weapons from Scheidemantel's home.
A county methamphetamine laboratory response team went to the high school and found precursor chemicals necessary for making the drug, according to the news release. The man is believed to have started the manufacturing process, but there was no evidence of the drug at the school, Terry said.

According to police, Sierra was arrested after causing a disturbance in front of Ybor City's Full Moon Saloon around 2:10 a.m. Saturday. Police say the club bouncers called over two off-duty officers when Sierra refused to leave the bar and started yelling at them.
The officers stepped in and told Sierra again to leave. According to police, once she was outside the bar, she started yelling at other bar patrons. The officers say they gave Sierra several warnings to leave, or she would be placed under arrest.
That's when police say she began physically fighting on the ground with a friend who was trying to calm her down. Officers say she then started walking away from in front of the bar and doubled back, violently shoving numerous patrons on the sidewalk while yelling profanities.
Officers on the scene say while they were taking her into custody, she attempted to push away and run off.
She also allegedly struck one of the arresting officers in the face. Once she was in custody and on her way to booking, police say Sierra went back and forth from being combative to apologetic.
Also according to police, she initiated racial slurs toward the officer, then allegedly offered sexual favors for her release. Witnesses say Sierra got sick once she was in the patrol car.

Father Arrested for Leaving Four Kids in Freezing Car to Go to Strip Club - Cardrico Lajuan Nash, Tulsa

Best part of the story? The mother of at least two of the kids couldn't watch them because she was WORKING at yet another strip club. These kids are doomed with parents like that. Here's more from KJRH:

A Tulsa man is arrested after police say he left his four children asleep in a car parked outside of a strip club early Thursday morning. Police arrested Cardrico Lajuan Nash outside of the Tabu strip club on East 51st St. near Harvard Avenue.
He was arrested for child endangerment. A cab driver called 911 after someone flagged him down and told him about the children asleep in the car. The children range in age from 7 years to 3 months.
The National Weather Service says that around 1 a.m. in Tulsa, the temperature was 39 degrees. Police say Nash told them he'd only been inside the club for 15 minutes to pick up a relative. Witnesses say he had been there at least an hour and that his relative was not working that night.

Teaching Assistant Accused of Sex With Boy, 14, After Someone Sees Pictures of Them in the Act - Jenna Ashley Herrmann

Jenna Herrmann wasn't even a full-fledged teacher (just a teaching assistant) but that didn't keep her from behaving like one . . . but, allegedly, not in a good way. Other students reportedly went to police with accusations of the affair between Herrmann and an underage male that had worked at Pittsville Elementary and Middle School, and at least one student claimed to have see actual photos of the pair in the act. Jenna Ashley Herrmann, 23, of Salisbury was charged Wednesday night with two counts of second-degree custody child abuse, two counts of third-degree sex offense, two counts of sex abuse of a minor and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, said Wicomico County State's Attorney Davis Ruark. Herrman is accused of having sex with the student over a two-month period starting Oct. 1.
Herrmann was being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond Thursday, Ruark said. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from Wicomico County Public Schools' property.
Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis said detectives from the Wicomico Child Advocacy Center first heard of the alleged improper relationship from other students.
Three witnesses confirmed to police that Herrmann -- who was placed at the school through an internship by Salisbury University -- and the boy were having a relationship, police said.
One person had seen pictures of Herrmann and the boy reportedly having sex and had received a letter from the suspect inviting him to have sex with her, police said. Police said Herrmann also allegedly asked another boy to have sex with her, but could not since the boy's sister was home.
Right now, Ruark said, authorities believe Herrmann had a relationship with the one student.

Cops Catch Teacher, 34, Having Sex in Car With Bot, 14 - Jennifer Tarkenton

Get a room! Yet another female teacher caught in a parked car with an underage boy. Do they not pay teachers enough to afford even a cheap room at Motel 6? Apparently not. This time, some one spotted a parked care on a dead end street and called police. According to arresting officers, they found a couple of lovers inside, but not your typical couple: inside was 34-year-old middle school teacher Jennifer Tarkenton and a 14-year-old boy who admitted to officers the two had sex. And, at least she stopped at a drug store (allegedly) and bought condoms first. (At right, a mug shot that even scared Stephen King!) Here's more from the Orlando Sentinel:

Jennifer Tarkenton, 34, faces three charges of sexual molestation for allegedly having sexual relations with the boy in a parked car along Banana Lake Road in Lake Mary.
Tarkenton is an exceptional education teacher, working with a class of educationally mentally disabled students at Greenwood Lakes Middle School in Lake Mary. A 2002 graduate of the University of Central Florida, she was hired in the same role at Highlands Elementary in March 2003 and transferred to the middle school because of declining enrollment.
School officials said federal privacy laws prohibted them from saying whether the victim was one of her students or attended the school.
A Seminole County Sheriff's deputy discovered the pair when he went to investigate a parked car at about 10:45 p.m. Thursday.
The victim told the deputy that he and Tarkenton had engaged in intercourse prior to the deputy's arrival.
The boy had snuck out of his home and said Tarkenton had picked him up at about 10 p.m. and taken him to a pharmacy where she bought a box of condoms for him. She then sexually molested the victim three times, police said.
Deputies interviewed Tarkenton but have not released information from the session. They arrested her this morning and booked her into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. She was released late Friday morning, on $10,000 bond.

Urine a Heap of Trouble, Young Lady! College Volleyball Star Arrested for DUI, Blows .260 % BAC, Then Tries to Urinate on Cops - Roberta Santos

Wait . . . she did what? Okay, here's the whole story: Roberta Santos, a setter for Florida Gulf Coast University, was pulled over by Naples, FL cops around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday as she was leaving campus. According to them, Santos crossed the center line in her white Chevy Cavalier seven times before officers stopped her, detected the odor of alcohol on her breath and administered field sobriety tests . . . which Santos failed miserably. And here's were it gets interesting: once she knew she was being arrested, Santos started begging the cops to let her go and screamed at them from the back of the patrol car. At the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Santos finally submitted to a breath test and blew an impressive .260 BAC, enough to break the Top Twenty of the BadJocks BAC Rankings. Then, according to police, the junior volleyball star "became very agitated about not being permitted to use the phone" and allegedly decided to get back at the officer by arching her back and trying to urinate on him. Instead, she ended up soaking both herself and the floor with urine. According to reports, Santos remains in Lee County jail on a $750 bond on charges of driving under the influence.
How much drinking does it take for someone to get to a .260% blood alcohol concentration? According to the chart at the BAC Rankings, assuming the 6'1" Ms. Santos weighs about 160 to 170 lbs, it would mean that she would have to have consumed 11 to 12 drinks (each equal to 1 ounce of 100-proof liquor, one five ounce glass of table wine or one 12-ounce bottle of regular beer) in the hour before she was arrested. Not the entire evening, the last hour before being tested.

Male Dance Instructor Allegedly Gives "Performance" Clad in Women's Underwear at JC Penney - Ryan Kinsella Alba

Is it art if no one sees it? Is it a dance recital if the only member of the audience is a stunned clerk at JC Penneys? That's the question the district attorney in Milwaukee is asking after several women have complained about Irish dance instructor Ryan Kinsella Alba. And now it appears that it happened not once, but three times over the past four years. Here's more from WISN:

Alba, 24, is best known for his footwork -- he's an accomplished Irish dancer, and often performs with the students he teaches at his Kinsella Academy of Irish Dance.
But earlier this month, Alba made headlines after his encounter with a sales clerk at the Southridge JC Penny store. "He asked me very quietly, do you carry women's thongs," said Michelle Hernandez, a JC Penny clerk. Hernandez, 18, said Alba exposed himself to her in August as he tried on women's thong underwear in the men's dressing room.
"He began jumping up and down to see if it would fit better, he turned around and was looking in the mirror at his butt and said well how do you think it fits?" said Hernandez. "He also asked me if I could adjust his genital part."
Greendale police arrested Alba on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior and he paid a $1,300 fine for the reduced charge of disorderly conduct.
Sources told 12 News Hernandez's story had a familiar ring for two other sales clerks.
A sales clerk at Southridge's Boston Store described a similar encounter to police but said Alba was trying on women's swimsuits.
The woman told police Alba's conduct so shook her, she even remembered the date -- Nov. 19, 2004.
Her allegations, however, came one week too late for criminal prosecution because in Wisconsin, the legal time limit for charging misdemeanors in Wisconsin is three years.
WISN 12 News has also learned that Monday, a second JC Penny clerk told the district attorney Alba did the same thing to her last March. She declined to talk on camera, but told 12 News when Alba emerged from the dressing room wearing a see-through leopard thong, she called her manager -- but no one ever called police.

Teacher/Cheerleading Coach Pleads Guilty to Sex With Boy, 17, Only Gets One Year in Prison - Kelli Jo Camp

Here's an update to a story we ran back in June: Former substitute teacher and cheerleading coach Kelli Jo Camp, 29, will get a year in jail and five years probation after pleading no contest to having unlawful sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old male student at New Cuyama High School. As we reported back then, Camp made it easy for the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department when they investigated and found Camp had received greeting cards from the alleged victim, in which he expressed his love for her. Cops also found photos of the victim in Camp’s desk drawer, and discovered allegedly incriminating e-mails between the two lovers where the boy talked about a consensual sexual relationship between them. Female Teacher, 54, Arrested for Sitting Next to 14-Year-Old Boy at Football Game

Sitting in the stands of a high school football game is NOT illegal in most states unless, of course, you have already been arrested for allegedly having sex with an underage boy and ordered to stay away from the lad.
Charlene Schmitz, 54, used to teach at Leroy High School in Alabama until she was charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy with a 14-year-old boy back in June. Since then, Schmitz has been on paid administrative leave while the cops take their time investigating. The only stipulation of her bail was that she stay away from the alleged victim, which she did until last Friday night when she decided to sit next to the boy at football game. For violating the judges orders Schmitz was promptly re-arrested.

Drunk Dad Lets Drunk Son, 13, Drive for Him - Clio, Michigan

Drunk driving is never a good idea, so getting someone else to drive you home is a good option. An underage child? Not such a good idea. A DRUNK underage child? That's a Double Dumbass move if we've ever seen one. Here's more from UPI:

A Michigan man who allowed his 13-year-old son to drive because he had had too much to drink faces charges that include child endangerment.
Police in Clio say the boy had also been drinking and told his father he did not think he should get behind the wheel.
Both father and son were arrested last week after a police officer on routine patrol found their pickup truck stuck in the mud in a city park, the Flint Journal reported. The boy apparently turned into the park because he wanted to turn around and went off the road.
The son has been charged as a juvenile with driving while intoxicated. The father is also charged with allowing both an intoxicated person and an unlicensed minor to drive.

Hote Female Austin News Anchor Arrested for DUI - Michelle Valles, KXAN

Instead of reporting the news, one TV anchor in Texas is now making the news. Here's more from radio station KLBJ:

According to court records, an Austin Police officer started following an SUV driven by KXAN co-anchor Michelle Valles at 3rd and Lavaca after midnight this morning.
The officer says Valles swerved across a double yellow line on West Cesar Chavez Street into the on-coming lane of traffic and was allegedly driving about 12 miles an hour faster than the posted 35 MPH speed limit.
Valles allegedly admits to the officer that she had two vodka tonics, but reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test. She was released on bail early this morning.

Engaged! Female Teacher's Aide, 39, Tries to Marry Student, 16, Following Alleged Affair - Brenda Baillargeon, Amery High School

How wonderful! Weddings are always fun, even when there's a 23 year age difference between the bride and groom . . . and the young man is technically underage. But still! At least Brenda Baillargeon a teacher's aide at Amery High School in Wisconsin tried to do the right thing after authorities found out that she allegedly had been having sex since last May with a male student at her school. That's her mug shot at right . . . and just look at that sweet face! What teen aged boy wouldn't fall in love at first site with that?
On the other hand, it might be sad if he was thinking, at age 14, that "This is probably the best I can do, so I might as well take it."

39-year-old Brenda Baillargeon allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old student, in which they were planning to get married.
After the mother of the student was granted a restraining order to keep Baillargeon away from her son, Baillargeon still had phone conversations with the boy, according to the criminal complaint.
Baillargeon and the student were able to keep in contact by text messaging each other through Baillargeon’s daughter’s cell phone.
Baillargeon faces three counts of sexual assault by school staff. She also is being charged with child enticement and violating an injunction.

We've read of road rage . . . but parking rage? How tough is it to find parking spaces in White Plains, NY that Dr. William Moody, had to resort of fisticuffs to get to one.

The CBS 2 HD Westchester crew was about to head out on a story Friday when the news found them. Just outside our bureau Dr. William Moody, a White Plains dentist, left his Mercedes to confront Luis Infante for blocking his access to a parking lot. Moody even forced his way into Infante's car as if to move it himself.
Not long after, fists -- and bodies -- started flying.
"He was saying bad words to me, then he spit in my face," Infante said "Twice."
Then Dr. Moody spotted CBS 2 HD photographer Chris Calarco. Reporter Tony Aiello warned Moody not to touch the camera, but to no avail.
Police were called to the scene after Moody smacked the camera twice. While they arrived, Moody confronted the driver's sister, pushing her to the ground.
Yolanda Infante is okay, but considering this incident came so soon after her father's death just Thursday night, she is shaken.
"I'm devastated," Yolanda Infante said. "Besides my father's death, this happened in this moment."
Renowned psychologist Dr. Joyce Brothers said this kind of anger may have been sparked by personal issues.
"Whatever is going on in his life, he's not succeeding in. This is his way of just getting the stress out of his system," Brothers said. "I wouldn't like to be a patient of his!"
