Our favorite female teacher, Debra Lafave, was back in court this past week as a judge said she did violate her probation by talking to an underage co-worker. He did, however, refuse to send her back to jail. As you recall, Lafave was originally in trouble with the law for having sex with a 13-year-old boy in the back of an SUV.

Small Town Mayor/Pastor Arrested in Teen Sex Sting - Allen Kauffman

When will these old guys learn? The hot 13-year-old trading sexy instant messages with you is really a fat, 40-year-old cop? Apparently Allen Kauffman, 63, will have to "have a seat over there" as they say on Dateline. Here's more from KCTV-5:

A small-town mayor was in jail in Newton County on Monday on four counts of soliciting sex over the Internet from a police detective posing as a 13-year-old girl.
Police said Allen Kauffman, 63, was arrested Friday and remained in jail Monday on $50,000 bond on four counts of felony enticement of a child.
It was the latest in a string of online child sex stings by Jim Murray, 69, a former Diamond police chief and now a detective who has been active in Internet investigations since around 2002.
Kauffman is the mayor of Collins, a town of about 200 people in St. Clair County about 50 miles northwest of Springfield. Diamond police said Kauffman is married and serves as a pastor of the Temple Lot Church in Collins.
Prosecutors alleged in court filings that Kauffman believed he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl from the Joplin area in a Yahoo chat room in November and December.
In the online messages, Kauffman allegedly asked the girl for sex and for nude pictures and encouraged her to have sex with a girlfriend in front of a webcam so that Kauffman could watch.
"He very much believed he was talking to a 13-year-old girl," Diamond Police Chief Keith Brumfield said.

Teacher, 52, Accused of Giving Teens Booze, NOT Having Sex With Them - Robin Ater

Say what? An older "cougar" teacher involved with underage boys and there's not sex going on? What the hell is wrong with this picture? (Well, besides the fugly mug shot.) It all started when some Texas state troopers pulled over a young make driver for DUI. Allegedly, both he and his passenger were pretty wasted and quickly narced on the teacher, Robin Ater. Deputies went to Ater's home where she lives with her 16-year-old son.
"She told the deputy she did purchase beer earlier in the evening," said Darrell Collins with the Brazoria County Sheriff's Department. "It's my understanding right now, she had gone to bed, didn't know any other kids were at her house. I don't know if that's truthful or not."
Ater was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.
She is an art teacher at Danbury High School and also teaches at the middle school.
"Obviously, I'm shocked," said Danbury Superintendent Eric Grimmett.

Coach Cox Catches Wrestlers Getting Hummers From Middle School Girl on Hilton Head Island - Battle Creek High School, Chad Cox

The fishing doesn't get any easier than this one guys: we've got high school jocks, in a bathroom after a match, getting oral sex from an underage middle school girl (likely about 13) that they met--where else?--on MySpace.

She allegedly showed up at a wrestling match between Battle Creek High School (South Carolina) and--I'm not making this up!--Hilton Head High, and went to the bathroom with a couple of the grapplers for a little post-game "awards ceremony." That's when--I'm not making this up either!--the wrestling coach, Chad Cox, walks in and catches them in the act! At that point, he tries to get the girl's name and she refuses, until Coach Cox threatens to call the cops.

But the fun doesn't stop there: On the bus ride home, the coach hears yet another wrestler brag about getting a hummer from the same girl (making three in all from the team) and when they get back to the school, Cox calls the kid's mom and explains what happened. (How would you like to be on the sending or receiving end of THAT call?)

As it turns out, the girl and her guardian don't want to press charges--so the cops aren't getting involved--and so far the school hasn't taken action against any of the boys. How is that possible when the coach caught them, uh, red handed? (Beaufort Gazette

Another Female Teacher, 26, Arrested for Sex With Underage Male - Heather Michelle Chesser, Phoenix School

Another day, another horney middle-aged female teacher allegedly getting it on with an underage student. Not a lot of specifics on this one, but from the mug shot (right) you can probably guess why Heather Michelle Chesser was "only" a substitute teacher at the Phoenix School in East Tennessee. (Wasn't that where hot blonde former gym teacher Pamela Rogers Turner was from?)
Anyway, after school officials found out about a reported incident between Chesser and a teenage male student, they contacted the Cumberland County sheriff’s Special Investigation Unit. The now former substitute teacher was charged with two counts of Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure and two counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Teacher, posted a $10K bond and will be back in court on the 29th.

Married Female Teacher Fired After Cell Phone Pics Expose Affair with Boy, 16 - Jo Gorman

Jo Gorman, 28 used to teach at the Paignton Community College in the UK. That is, until naughty pictures of her and an underage student appeared on both of their cell phones and she was fired. But so far, no one has been arrested, possibly meaning it's a little more acceptable to have sex with underage boys in Great Britain than the US. Here's more from This Is London:

A woman teacher was sacked for having a sexual relationship with a teenage pupil, after pictures of the pair were discovered on mobile phones.
Jo Gorman, 28, a married English teacher, was cautioned by police over the "sexual touching" of the 16-year-old boy.
Officers were called to the school when her colleagues learned that the photos of the couple were being passed around on phones by other students.
Their relationship is understood to have lasted five months spanning the summer and autumn of last year.
Mrs Gorman - a former star pupil at the school - was cautioned and suspended from Paignton Community College.
She has now been dismissed after deciding not to appeal against the result of a disciplinary hearing.
She has also been banned from working in any other schools after accepting a police caution for intentionally touching the boy at a time when she was in a position of trust.
One male pupil, 16, said: "Everyone knows about it but we're not quite sure exactly what has been going on.
"He seems quite proud of it. He had mobile phone pictures of her and she had some of him and that's how people found out apparently."
A female sixth-former said the pair had been spotted getting into a car together.
She added: "It makes me feel a bit sick to think that one of the teachers had done anything with a pupil.
"They were seen getting into a car together and then we heard about these phone pictures and she hasn't been seen at school since. He's still coming to school but keeps his head down."

Booze Thief Found Passed Out in Alley Behind Liquor Store He Robbed of Alcohol

You know how police say in a lot of situations "alcohol may have been involved" to explain some dumbasses actions?
In this case, it is literally true. Police in Virginia Beach received a call from the owner of Moe’s Southwestern Grill claiming that someone had tried to break into his restaurant but instead left a trail of blood . . . that lead right to the nearby ABC liquor store. There, the allegedly burglar, Eric Dewandel, broke out the front window and tracked blood throughout the store while grabbing hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol and drinking some of his haul along the way. Cops followed the trail of blood to just behind the liquor store to find Dewandel crouching over his recent haul. Yeah, he was arrested. (WVEC)

Headline of the Week: Man Has Sex In Car, Drives Into Snowbank

One sorta naturally follows the other, doesn't it? Police in La Porte, Indiana were not sure what they would find when the received a report of a car parked in someone's front yard with its lights off. What they found was a drunk dude with the pants around his ankles and apparently no reason to lie to the officers. Here's more from The News Dispatch:

A man who drove into a snowbank was arrested early Saturday after he and a female friend were caught having sex in a car in rural La Porte. James R. Stacey, 25, La Porte, was arrested on three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and one count of being a habitual traffic violator. Police found him standing outside his car with his pants falling down.
According to county authorities, a property owner who lives near County Roads 450 North and 100 East called police about a suspicious vehicle in front of his house.
The caller, who said the vehicle's lights were off, approached the car, at which time the driver allegedly drove off. On the way to the scene, deputies were told the car was stuck in a front yard in the 4700 block of North County Road 100 West.
When police asked Stacey what he'd been doing, he reportedly replied, "You know what we were doing." Stacey registered a .10-percent blood alcohol level, just above the state's legal limit of .08 percent.

Female Teacher, 42 Caught in Dark Classroom Giving Oral Sex to Boy, 16 - Shannon Kay Hrozek, Westfield High School

EARLIER STORY: The door was locked, the lights were off in Room 143 and the janitor needed to get into Shannon Kay Hrozek's classroom at Westfield High School in Spring, Texas. So he found the principal--who has a master key--and when the turned on the lights they allegedly found Ms. Hrozek, 42, in the classroom . . . with a 16-year-old male student . . . performing oral sex on him. Not that the principal should have been THAT shocked: Hrozek (no we don't have a picture yet!) is now the third Spring Independent School District teacher in just the last four months that has been charged with having sex with a student.
Hrozek, who was a 10th grade English teacher at the school, was slapped with one charge of sexual assault of a child on Monday morning, posted a $50,000 bond Monday night, and was released from jail.

Female Teacher Accused of Sending Naked Photos, Naughty Text Messages to Boy, 14 - Beth Ann Chester, Moon High School

A new year, but the same old story: a female teacher accused of sexing up some poor underage high school boy. This time near Pittsburgh at Moon High School. (At right, Beth Ann Chester's mug shot.) Here's more from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review:

A former Moon Area High School gym teacher and volleyball coach was arrested and charged with sending nude photos of herself and suggestive text messages to a 14-year-old male student, Moon police said.
Beth Ann Chester, 26, of Scott was arrested Friday and charged with nine criminal counts, including three counts of child sexual abuse, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and one count each of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal solicitation, according to Moon police and court records. Police said they plan to file an additional charge of statutory sexual assault against Chester.
The boy told police he thought he was in love with Chester and the only physical contact involved a hug just before holiday break, according to the police affidavit filed to support the criminal charges.
Police said they searched Chester's home and her cell phone records. The student also allowed police to see the texts sent to his cell phone, according to the affidavit. They found three photos Chester allegedly sent of herself -- two of them of her genitals -- to the student, as well as a nude photo the boy allegedly sent of himself to Chester. The ex-teacher is accused of commenting in sexual terms in text messages about the student's body, the affidavit said.
The student's parents originally found the alleged messages, the affidavit said. The student's parents called Chester and met her Dec. 26 at the Starbucks in Robinson Town Centre, the complaint said. A day later, she quit her job.
The boy told police that Chester first sent him a text message in late October, and that a relationship developed as Chester wrote him excuses to be out of class and with her, the affidavit said. She allegedly told the student that her husband had been abusive toward her.

Gun Toting Beauty Queen Arrested for Kidnapping, Biting Ex-Boyfriend - Kumari Fulbright

Talk about hard core! Kumari Fulbright, 25, a former Miss Arizona, law student and an intern for a judge, allegedly thought that a former boyfriend of hers stole some jewelry from her. According to cops, she persuaded a current boyfriend and some other men to help her kidnap and torture the guy. At right is her picture from a new guns and gals calendar and her sobbing mug shot. Fulbright, a 25-year-old former Miss Arizona contestant, had reportedly served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Raner Collins while she attended the University of Arizona's law school.

She is listed as a member of the editorial board of the campus law journal, according to the Arizona Daily Star.

Fulbright has been indicted on five felony charges, including armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Fulbright was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.

Pacheco laid out a timetable of events that began Dec. 8 when Fulbright asked a former boyfriend to come to her Tucson apartment. Fulbright said she was going to take a shower, Pacheco said, when the Ergonis brothers entered the residence armed with handguns. Robert Ergonis was identified by police as another former boyfriend of Fulbright's.

"With guns, they tell him get down on the floor," Pacheco said. "They begin to accuse this victim of stealing some jewelry, according to Fulbright. She comes out of the shower and she begins to participate in this whole incident."

The Ergonises then placed the victim in a sport utility vehicle and transported him to another home in Tucson, where a third man, 40-year-old Larry Bruce Hammond, allegedly became involved.

"There were some tools. The victim sees these tools and he thinks they're going to use them on him," Pacheco said. "He honestly thinks he is going to get killed."

The victim told investigators the three men involved then left the apartment, Pacheco said, instructing Fulbright to "watch" the victim with a handgun. By this point, the victim had freed one of his hands and when she approached, he managed to grab the gun from her hand. The weapon reportedly discharged.

"They began to fight over the gun and the victim managed to get out of this apartment," Pacheco said, adding that a neighbor called police after hearing screams as the man ran from the house.

Casey Aldridge NOT the Father of Jamie Lynn Spears Baby?

The story of Britney's slutty little sister gets murkier: now comes word that it wasn't a fresh faced 19-year-old that knocked up Jamie Lynn Spears but a MUCH OLDER man who worked on her Nickelodeon show 'Zoey 101.' Why the scam? It could be that because Jamie Lynn is so young that this old dude could lose his job and possibly go to jail if his name came out as the real father. O.C.'s Mischa Barton Arrested for Drunk Driving, Suspended License, Controlled Substance

Another day, another young female celeb getting arrested for drunking driving . . . and not even a bad mug shot to show for it! What is the world coming to? Here's more on the arrest by Hollywood cops of "actress" Mischa Barton from the LA Times:

Actress Mischa Barton was arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of drunk driving after she was seen driving erratically in West Hollywood, Los Angeles County sheriff's officials said.
The 21-year-old former star of the television show "The OC" was pulled over in the 900 block of North La Cienega Boulevard at 2:46 a.m. after Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies spotted the Ford Explorer she was driving straddling two traffic lanes, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. John Hocking. Deputies said she also failed to signal while making a turn.
Barton was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor drunk driving after failing a field sobriety test. Deputies also said they found marijuana and an undisclosed controlled substance in the sport utility vehicle. She also did not have a license to drive, Hocking said.
Barton was booked into the sheriff's West Hollywood station at 3:10 a.m. and released eight hours later on $10,000 bail.

Drunk Dad Arrested for Letting 9-Year-Old Drive

Hey! This one practically happened in my backyard and somehow I missed it. Apparently, on Christmas Eve, a Eaton County, Michigan police officer noticed a Dodge Ram pick-up truck driving erratically around 9:30 and pulled the vehicle over. That's when the cop noticed that Jonathan David Olson, 32 was actually sitting between the driver and passenger seats and his 9-year-old son was in the driver's seat. According to the lad, he worked the gas and brakes while dad steered and they had driven nearly seven miles from one relatives house to another on some backwoods dirt roads. The boy told the officer that Olson had him drive because he had been drinking. In addition to drunk driving charges Olson could also face second degree child abuse charges for his actions. #10 . Our "Extra Credit" Award Winner - Female Teacher Admits to Sex With 5 Boys, PROBABLY Not at the Same Time
Just his spring, Allenna Ward, former seventh-grade language arts teacher at Bell Middle School, was denying what the cops were accusing her of: having sex with as many as 5 teen aged boys, three 14-year-olds, and two 15-year-olds. But that didn't last very long (they always do that at first to save face, right) and now has pleaded guilty to those charges. Well, at least she was creative, admitting to having the carnal encounters in cars, parks, a hotel and at the school. Here's more WFYY:

She pleaded guilty Thursday to six charges -- three second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and three lewd acts on a minor. Family members and her attorneys accompanied her as she made an emotional statement to the court. She said, "Today, I publicly admit my guilt and would like to apologize. I sincerely apologize for the effects of my actions."

Clinton police said that Ward had sex with at least five boys: three 14-year-olds, and two 15-year-olds. The students were at Bell Middle and another school that was not named.

Ward was fired when the allegations were made public in March. Thursday, Jerry Peace, 8th Circuit Solicitor, said, "She was in a position of authority. She had the trust of the community to teach kids
right and do what you need to do around children to let them grow to be responsible adults. She violated that trust.

Accused of Memorial Day Weekend "Sex Capades" With Two Boys

Mix two lonely female teachers at a school for troubled teens, two underage boys and a free holiday weekend and what do you get? According to this report, "sex capades." Here's more from North Country Gazette:

A teacher and teacher’s aide at a New York school for troubled children have been charged with performing sexual acts on two 16-year-old boys during a Memorial Day weekend of sex capades at a house in New Windsor.

Rebecca Becker (left), 28,of Walden and teacher’s aide Maria E. Zurita (right), 28, of New Windsor who worked at McQuade Children’s Services, are facing charges of third degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. They have been terminated by the school which serves children who have been referred by family court, social service agencies and school districts from Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan Counties.

Police said that “sexually explicit and inappropriate” letters that Becker allegedly wrote to one of the students were found in the room of one of the boys during a search when the boys were reported missing over the weekend.

#8. Our "Don't Give Me That Look!" Award - Female Teacher's Aide, 39, Tries to Marry Student, 16, Following Alleged Affair
How wonderful! Weddings are always fun, even when there's a 23 year age difference between the bride and groom . . . and the young man is technically underage. But still! At least Brenda Baillargeon a teacher's aide at Amery High School in Wisconsin tried to do the right thing after authorities found out that she allegedly had been having sex since last May with a male student at her school. That's her mug shot at right . . . and just look at that sweet face! What teen aged boy wouldn't fall in love at first site with that?

On the other hand, it might be sad if he was thinking, at age 14, that "This is probably the best I can do, so I might as well take it." Here's more from KSTP:

39-year-old Brenda Baillargeon allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old student, in which they were planning to get married. After the mother of the student was granted a restraining order to keep Baillargeon away from her son, Baillargeon still had phone conversations with the boy, according to the criminal complaint.

Baillargeon and the student were able to keep in contact by text messaging each other through Baillargeon’s daughter’s cell phone. Baillargeon faces three counts of sexual assault by school staff. She also is being charged with child enticement and violating an injunction.

#7. Let's Go to the Video! Chicago Teacher & Principal Sex Tape Made at School

The mystery here is not why principal Leroy Coleman, right, and teacher Janet Lofton at Sandridge Elementary School in Chicago Heights allegedly had sex in his office during school hours. No, the real mystery is who videotaped their trysts--sneaking a hidden camera in and out of Coleman's office--and then put them on DVDs that were distributed to parents just days before a school board election. And, for some reason, neither of them could find underage kids to have sex with, imagine that? Here's more from 11Alive:

The tape was reportedly recorded inside Sandridge Elementary School in Chicago Heights, Illinois.

The principal and a science teacher, who were allegedly in the video, have resigned. Parents were sent DVDs of the tape Wednesday and Thursday, just days before a school board election.

Parents of students at the school met Thursday evening. "Where is she supposed to be?" asked parent Kim Grivakis. "We have tons of needy children. But no, she'd rather be with the principal bumping and grinding." The tape was allegedly shot in the principal's office during the day and evening on five dates ranging from late December to early March.

The two people in the video (see still image at right) have--not surprisingly--resigned their jobs.

UPDATE: Second Woman Resigns - A third school employee, teacher's aide Anjayla Reed, resigned Friday after the superintendent contacted her about allegations that she also appears on a separate portion of the sex tape hugging and touching Principal Leroy "Love Machine" Coleman.

#6. Our "What Were You Thinking?" Award - Teacher Accused of Sex With Boy, Taking Him to Faculty Parties
Whatever happened to the idea of teachers and students leading separate lives away from school? Apparently, at D.W. Higgins Charter School in Phoenix, not only was it okay for female teachers to have sex with underage boys, they could also treat them like regular boyfriends and take them around to the homes of other staff members . . . just as if nothing odd was going on. In late January 2006, Maricopa County sheriff's detectives said they learned that a sex crime had occurred between Judith Wallace and a 15-year-old male
victim.

The Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit said they learned during the investigation that the victim had allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with Wallace and that she had given him alcohol.

The victim also reported that Wallace would frequently take him to parties and social gatherings as a "couple," detectives said.

A witness told detectives that it was common to see the two together outside of school and at other staff member's homes, according to deputies. The victim, now 16, stated he and Wallace engaged in sexual acts on separate occasions between February 2006 and April 2006.

#5. The "Wrong Place, Wrong Time" Award - Female Teacher Caught in Back of Van With Boy by Undercover Cops

Attention hot teachers: if you're going to have sex with an underage boy in the back of your van in a church parking lot, make sure that undercover cops aren't also meeting there. They get curious when the "van's a rockin'" and they do "come a knockin'". For 32-year-old middle school Janet Hughes, it's not likely a mistake she'll make again . . . if, and when, she gets out of jail. No word on why the 16-year-old boy cops caught her with naked on a blanket in the back of the van was still in middle school, but dumb kids would seem to be the least of the district's problems at this point. Janet Hughes, the business teacher at Jackson Middle School was placed on paid administrative leave while the case is under investigation. Hughes could be released Tuesday evening. Tuesday afternoon, a judge lowered her bond despite concerns from prosecutors that the teacher might try to contact the student she's accused of having sex with.

It wasn't easy to wipe away tears with handcuffs on, Hughes learned in court, Tuesday. The Jackson Middle School teacher tried to hide her face as the judge reviewed her arrest for having sex with a student.

The 32-year-old wife and mother was arrested after two undercover detectives found her in a van in a church parking lot with the 16-year-old male student. The detectives just happened to find them.

"These detectives met in a parking lot to go over a case and they see the van. They walk over there and that's when they discover the sex was about to happen between these two," explained Todd Hutchinson, Titusville Police Department.

The two were found lying on a blanket in the back of the van, in a position detectives said was clear they were about to engage in a sexual activity. When Hughes was taken back to the police station, detectives said she admitted to having sex with the same student in the past.

Hughes has only worked at Jackson Middle School for less than a year, teaching business electives. Before there, she worked at Palm Bay High School.

As usual, police are looking for other victims, so if you're an underage boy in the Titisville, Florida area think you may have accidentally had sex with Janet Hughes, please notify the authorities.

#4. The "Neither Can We" Award Winner - Middle School Teacher Admits "I Can't Believe I Hooked Up With Two 9th Graders!"
Frankly, neither can we Jeff, but that's what the police say happened. Jeffrey Anderson, 23, had been the building substitute at Tohickon Middle School in Plumstead Township outside Philly . . . until the parents of a 15-year-old girl used computer monitoring software to capture an exchange between the teacher and one girl that included the message (allegedly from Anderson) that read: "Hah . . . im so going to hell . . . I can't believe I hooked up with two 9th graders!!"

Jeffrey Anderson, 23, of Northeast Philadelphia, was arrested Monday night and charged with crimes including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, and criminal use of communications devices.

Anderson had been the building substitute at Tohickon Middle School in Plumstead Township. Detectives pulled him out of his classroom Monday for questioning, and he provided a 14-page confession, court records say.

Anderson was fired immediately by the Central Bucks School District, where the La Salle University graduate had worked since 2005.

According to court records, Anderson admitted he kissed, fondled and digitally penetrated the girls, ages 15 and 14, inside the 15-year-old's house on a recent Saturday afternoon. He also engaged in oral sex with the younger girl during the April 28 meeting, the records say.

If convicted of the most serious crimes, Anderson faces a mandatory minimum five years in state prison. He is being held in Bucks County prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.

The girls' parents had been alerted by computer monitoring software that their daughters had been communicating with the teacher via instant messaging and Facebook.com personal Web sites, District Attorney Diane Gibbons said. They confronted the girls, who admitted engaging in sexual acts with Anderson, a probable-cause affidavit said.

Both girls had been in Anderson's class, and had been messaging him outside of school for about a month. In some exchanges, Anderson told the girls he wanted to have sex with them, the affidavit says, and recently met with them in a Tohickon classroom and kissed them.

In an April 22 Facebook posting, Anderson pleaded with the girls to keep things quiet, the affidavit says.

"PLEASE . . . nothing that is said or done between the three of us can EVER be repeated to anyone else!!!" the message said. "Not your best friend, your diary, or any of those girls at school!! I could get fired, never become a teacher again. or go to jail. . ."Five days later, after an explicit proposition to the girls on Facebook, Anderson allegedly added: "Hah . . . im so going to hell . . . I can't believe I hooked up with two 9th graders!!"

#3 (Tie). The "Goggles Do Nothing!" Award - Love Notes and Email Help Arrest Female Teacher for
Sex With Boy

Kelli Jo Camp wasn't even certified to be a teacher, but she was already acting like one in many respects. Unfortunately, it was the kind of things most teachers are supposed to AVOID doing, like having sex with the students. Here's more from The Daily Nexus:

A temporary Santa Ynez Valley high school teacher was booked at the Santa Barbara County Jail last Tuesday after detectives arrested her for allegedly having unlawful sexual relations with an underage male student.

The arrest of 29-year-old Kelli Jo Camp came after a month-long investigation by the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s detectives into her alleged misconduct with members of the male student population at New Cuyama High School. After obtaining alleged e-mail correspondences between the teacher and her 17-year-old student, detectives arrested her for allegedly having unlawful sex with a minor.

The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department was first contacted by school administrators who were concerned that Camp was allegedly having inappropriate relationships with her male students. This concern grew as a result of numerous occasions over the course of several months during which Camp had allegedly received greeting cards from the alleged victim, communicating his love for her. In addition to the cards, investigators found photos of the victim in Camp’s desk drawer.

Detectives also discovered allegedly incriminating e-mails between Camp and the alleged victim referencing a consensual sexual relationship between them.

#3 (Tie). This Year's "Technology Award" Winner - Picture of Semi-Nude Teacher, Draped in Rebel Flag, Found on Boy's Cell Phone

Nothing like leaving evidence at the scene of the crime. Great police work there, Lou!.

Apparently, school officials in Nacogdoches, Texas had suspected Janet Susan Gallager Parker, 26 (at right, her mug shot picture) of previously having an inappropriate relationship with a student while she was employed at Center ISD teaching technology applications and graphic arts, but didn't have enough proof. Well, now, allegedly, the do. Did we mention that Parker's ex-husband claimed he had seen the allegedly victim around his wife's home doing yard
work? What is this "Desperate Housewives, Texas Style?" Here's more from the News Journal:

Former Center eighth-grade teacher Janet Susan Gallager Parker, 26, surrendered to Shelby County authorities Wednesday, after school officials discovered photographs of the woman, partially-nude and draped in a rebel flag, on a student's cell phone. Those photos eventually led to 23 warrants for her arrest on charges ranging from sexual performance and sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.

Parker resigned after an investigation was initiated in December 2006 after the school received information that Parker had been seen at a shopping mall, holding hands, according to an affidavit filed with a Shelby County Justice of the Peace. Parker denied the allegations when questioned by school and law enforcement officials, but resigned from her teaching post at the middle school, according to the affidavit.

Although an inappropriate relationship was suspected, there was not enough evidence to support criminal charges, according to the affidavit.

Months later, a cell phone which had belonged to the student suspected of having a relationship with Parker, was taken up in school. Because of that suspected relationship, one of the school staff scrolled through photos saved on the cell phone, according to a statement by an investigator with the Shelby County District Attorney's office, made in the affidavit.

Among the photos was one of a partially-nude woman lying on a bed, nude from the waist up, covered by a rebel flag. The woman was identified as Parker by her former husband, according to an affidavit.

During a search of the student's cell phone, Parker's home and cell phone numbers were listed as "Baby" and "Baby's Cell," the affidavit said. The investigator said in the affidavit that Parker's ex-husband said he had seen the student at Parker's home several times, some times doing yard work.

A search of her residence and home computers turned up a rebel flag at the foot of a bed, according to an affidavit. Rebel flag blankets were also found on the bed that matched those found on the cell phone, according to the document. Numerous photos were reportedly found of Parker and her student on her computer, as well as e-mails, chats and 15 photographs believed to be child pornography, the affidavit said.

A Van Nuys teacher was arrested on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy, police said Friday. According to police, Merideth Johnson Vincent, 40, was arrested on Thursday at about 3 p.m. Vincent is a teacher of a private home schooling group, KNBC's Laurel rickson reported. Police said Vincent was allegedly molesting the boy during the past several months. He was part of her home schooling group, according to police.

#1. Our "Teacher of the Year!" - Husband Gives Cops Video of Teacher Wife Having Sex With Underage Boy
Monica Ann Cluck was a kindergarten and Sunday school teacher in Paragould, Arkansas and even lead the Singing Hands sign-language choir at her church. But apparently the teen aged boys in the choir did more than sign with their hands. Last week Cluck's husband reportedly found a videotape of her having sex with a teen aged boy from the choir and did what any man would do: he gave it to police and had his wife arrested on first-degree sexual assault charges.

During their investigation, police claim that the 17-year-old victim acknowledged the relationship and since this story first broke, a second boy has come forward claiming that he also had a relationship with Cluck that started late last year when he was 15 and ended in May of this year. Both boys were in a church group she taught at (I'm not making this up!) Marmaduke First
Baptist Church.

The real question is, is Juliette Lewis too old to play her in the movie version of the story?
