A young New Zealand woman who is six months pregnant has been arrested for drunk driving and her blood alcohol level was five times the legal limit, 750 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath. In US terms that would be about .40% BAC, a point at which most people are unconcious . . . and many are already dead from alcohol poisoning.
