Ah, sometimes the headlines just write themselves, don't they? How would you like to be the local reporter who has to call and ask for comments about a sex assault case from Friendswood, Texas, Police Chief Bob Wieners? Try and tell me you could do it with a straight face! Especially in this case where Jill Lewis, reportedly a teacher of journalism, speech and computers at Living Stones Christian School in the little town of Alvin, stands accused of having inappropriate relations with 17-year-old student along a lonely deserted road in December. How did the cops find out about that? Apparently someone called the local CrimeStoppers and reported the incident . . . which makes us think the young lovers were not as alone as they thought that night. Or the kid bragged about it to all his friends . . . one of the two.
Lewis stands charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and a student, a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. At right Jill Lewis' mug shot picture. Nice hairdo though! (Click2Houston)

I have been jill’s student for several years. I have also attended the school since 1999. Jill is only human and humans make mistakes. She is guilty but she turned herself in and is trying to get her life back on track. Altho she is 26 the student also had to do with the accusations! He threw himself at her and she made the mistake of taking the bait. It is not an assault, it was a mutual thing between the two. The school is an amazing place and things like this happen at all Christian institutions but most of the time are not uncovered. Our principle fired her two days after the incident and she is doing everything she can to protect us, the students. Anyone that has anything to say against our school better watch it because the bible say that anyone who speaks against the children of God will be persecuted by God himself. We all need your prayer at this time.
Just my guess but this kid might have a ex-GF, and the minute she found out...she probably called the crime-stoppers hotline.
