12-Year-Old Works as Stripper at Dallas Club! - 6th Grader Worked at Diamonds Cabaret

"We swear, she looked 15 to us!" And yet somehow, the Diamonds Cabaret "gentlemen's club" in Dallas will NOT lose their license, even after the cops found a 12-year-old and a 17-year-old working there. And no, we don't have a picture of her, so just use your imagination. On second thought, don't do that. Here's more from USA Today:

A strip club in Dallas won't be penalized for allowing a 12-year-old runaway to work as a dancer for two weeks in late 2007, the Morning News reports.
"There's a laundry list of things we can use to deny or revoke a license, but having a 12-year-old dancing in their establishment is not one of the things that automatically enables us to revoke their license," police Lt. Christina Smith, who oversees the strip-club permit process, tells the paper.
Two people have been charged with felonies in connection with the sixth-grader's work at Diamonds Cabaret. "Police officials are continuing to investigate whether the club's management knew she was underage," the paper says.

Teacher Katherine Harder, 31, Caught in Parked Car With Boy, 17 - Manhattan High School, Kansas

As we said with a post earlier today, the female teachers now appear to be so aggressively going after underage boys, that they can't even wait to get them home or to a hotel room. According to police, Katherine Harder, 31, a language arts teacher at Manhattan High School in Kansas was caught in a parked car with a 17-year-old male student. At right is the only picture we have found so far of Katherine Harder. Not sure what is wrong with her neck, but we guess some guys like that in a woman.

Harder and the boy drove down this road to a secluded area outside of Manhattan. And this is where Pottawatomie County police say they found the two in a car about 10 o’clock Wednesday night, the Spillway Marina at Tuttle Creek State Park.
Authorities say the 31-year-old teacher was having sex with one of her students, a boy, 17-years-old. Though this arrest has rattled the Manhattan School District, Jones says it's not the school's first sex scandal.
"I had heard through the..just the grapevine that it happened many years ago, so that would have been at least nine years ago, which would have been before my time," Jones said. School administrators are planning to meet with students and parents wanting answers. Katherine Harder was released today from jail on a $3,000 bond. She faces five to 13 months in jail if she's convicted.

Teacher Heather Kennedy Accused of Having Sex With Boy, 16 in Parking Lot at Massapequa High School

Wantagh schools Superintendent Carl Bonuso told Newsday that Kennedy, who has been a teacher for 3 years, has been reassigned outside the classroom pending the outcome of the investigation.

Reward Offered For Mom Accused Of Sex With Teen - Becky Jo Tatum

Police issued an arrest warrant for Becky Jo Tatum earlier this week after the allegations surfaced in a search warrant, 10TV's Tracy Townsend reported.
The warrant revealed that the 14-year-old girl was at Tatum's home earlier this month when the alleged sexual conduct occurred. The teenager said that she "had been drinking and had a buzz" prior to the incident, according to the warrant.
The teen described Tatum as "flirtatious" and said that Tatum took her by "her left hand (and) guided her upstairs to the master bedroom" where the two had sexual contact.
After Tatum, 41, and the teen allegedly engaged in sexual activity, the girl claimed that Tatum told her that "they had done something bad."
According to Tatum's daughter, her mother has engaged in sexual activity with a number of her friends, Townsend reported.
"(She's) done this before with my friends; I'm kind of used to it," Tatum's daughter said.

EARLIER REPORT: According to police, the case began as an investigation into possible drug activity.
"This all started out as a drug investigation and as a result of the drug investigation we seized Becky's computers," said Bexley police Detective Bob Cuschleg. "Looking at the computers we found images that were a little disturbing."
Cuschleg did not elaborate on the images, but said they were of children '"role playing," 10TV's Tracy Townsend reported.
"There's actually no sexual act in the images on the computer," Cuschleg said. "What we've done is we have investigated the images we found on the computer (and) we found a victim that actually had a sexual contact with Becky Jo Tatum."
Tatum, 41, is described as white, 6 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Records obtained by 10TV News on Monday showed that Tatum was previously charged with prostitution, theft and drug trafficking, Townsend reported.

Substitute Teacher Lisa Robyn Marinelli Charged With Sex With a Minor: Boy Caught Pulling Up Pants Coming Out of Her Car - Mitchell High School

UPDATE: Sub Involved With 17-Year-Old Boy Originally Wanted Him for Her Daughter - In an odd twist to this already strange story, Lisa Robyn Marinelli, the substitute teacher at the center of a new female teacher sex scandal, reportedly originally approached a high school boy telling him he was "on the list" of potential suitors for her 15-year-old daughter. After that, according the court documents, the boy started visiting Marinelli's house when one evening she instructed him to meet her down the street where the two of them started making out in her car. The report goes on to say that Marinelli's reported to have said "This is bad," several times while kissing the 17-year-old. Ya think?
After that, the pair had sex (according the boy) about 10 times, with many of their trysts set up via text messages. According to the cops, Marinelli sent a number of racy messages to the boy, including: "How about a quicky 2morrow afternoon," and "You can meet me at home at 3. Real men only need 20 minutes. We will be alone cause there is a field trip." What kind of field trip were those kids on?

While updating this story, we also noticed an unfortunate juxtaposition of the story and a nearby ad for a weight loss product that featured a dark haired young girl who looks like she could be Marinelli's daughter, and appears to be trying to pull her own pants down in a somewhat seductive pose, and has that look that says "Hey mom, what happened to that cute boy you were going to introduce me to?

EARLIER STORY: Florida seems to be leading the nation in teacher sex scandals, and the latest one has a lot of great details. According to police, the father of a 16-year-old high school boy became suspicious when he saw his boy getting out of substitute teacher Lisa Robyn Marinelli's Chrylser 300 pulling up his pants. According to police, the 40-year-old Marinelli also gave the boy a pair of her panties as a memento of their sexual relationship. At right, Lisa Robyn Marinelli's mugh shot picture. Communication between Marinelli and the boy began in January, when the boy was 16, records state. It was unclear how Marinelli met the boy.
"The victim's father provided documents of hundreds of cell phone calls, and there were about 35 text messages still on the victim's cell phone," Doll said.
The boy showed investigators several locations where he said he had sex with Marinelli in her vehicle, Doll said. Under Florida law, a 17-year-old cannot consent to sex with a person 24 or older.
The boy told investigators he had sex with Marinelli 10 times between Jan. 12 and Feb. 27, an affidavit stated. Most of the sexual encounters took place in Marinelli's car at locations in and around the Longleaf community.
A business address on Marinelli's arrest report is that of Mitchell High School on Little Road in New Port Richey. It was not immediately known whether Marinelli, of 9824 Nicklaus Drive, had worked at other schools in the county. She has no previous arrest history, records show.

Dumbass Criminal of the Year? Robbery Leaves Phone Number, So Manager Can Call Him to Open Safe - Chicago

The good news for police is that criminals are getting dumber. Take this robber in Chicago for example: he showed up at a local muffler shop and demanded money. The employees told him that he'd have to wait until the manager showed up to open the safe, so the guy left not one BUT TWO PHONE NUMBERS to call him back. Of course, they called the cops instead who met the robber when he returned later. Dumbass!

The incident started about 8 a.m., when the masked man, armed with a revolver, came in to Velasquez Mufflers For Less at 2600 N. Laramie Ave. and began demanding money, said Jose Sida, 37, a mechanic.
Employees told him they had little money and couldn't open the safe, so the man left two phone numbers for them to call when the owner returned with the combination, Sida said. "He said, 'You guys better call me because otherwise I'm going to come back to shoot you,'" Sida said. Instead, an employee called Chicago police.
Officers dressed in plainclothes came to the shop and told employees to call the man, Sida said. The man returned about noon, wearing the same mask and black clothing and officers told the employees to get to the back of the shop, Sida said.
A police source said the teen pulled a gun from his hooded sweat shirt and at least one officer opened fire. Zarate's injury was not thought to be life-threatening, the source said.
Mark Payne, a spokesman for the Independent Police Review Authority, said the man was treated at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for a gunshot wound. He said his agency was investigating the police-involved shooting but said that the inquiry would take six months to complete and that he could not release any details.

Teacher Mary Jo Spack Accused of Sex With Two Boys, 17 & 18: Also Trip to Motel, Drinking Alcohol - Freedom High School

Good thing Mary Jo Spack, 45, an Honors English teacher at Freedom High School in Tampa, Florida, was still on the job. According to police, Spack is accused of taking a couple of underage boys to a motel room, providing them with alcohol and then--allegedly--having sexual relations with one in the shower. She is charged with 1 Count of Unlawful Sex with a Minor and 2 Counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor.
Investigators say there were 2 victims, ages 17 and 18.
They say the teacher knew both students from Freedom High School where she worked as an Honors English teacher.
According to reports, on March 14th, Spack took the boys to a liquor store, and then to a Howard Johnson Motel on Fowler Avenue, where she reserved a room and drank alcohol with the boys.
Cops say Spack, who is married according to court records, had sex with the the 17 year old in the shower. Three other students from Freedom High School were also in the motel room, according to police.
The 17-year-old student admitted to having sex with Spack.

Mom Arrested: Flips Off Woman & Yells Obscenities Picking Up Kid From Day Care

The "Mother of the Year" finalists are piling up this year! Today's entrant is a 35-year-old mother in Destin, Florida who was arrested picking up her kid from a church day care. At some point, she saw another woman with her child walking across a nearby park, and according to cops, "extended her middle finger and yelled obscenities." But that's not all: when police arrived, they say the woman was also intoxicated, smelled of alcohol and had--wait for it--urinated on herself. The unnamed woman was arrested for "outraging the sense of public decency." (Northwest Florida News)

UK Kid's Show Host Strips - Toonattik, Jamie Rickers

Is it possible to retell the classic tale of "The Emporer's New Clothes" to an audience of children without actually BEING naked? Apparently not for Toonattik host Jamie Rickers failed to wear some kind of skin-colored body suit during the broadcast the other day, and ONLY had a piece of cardboard to cover his private parts. Keep in mind too, that there is also a live audience of little ones there as well, who probably got more than they hoped to see. At right, a still photo from the broadcast.

Shocked part-time schoolteacher Maddy Klein, 35, from Southend, Essex, whose children are two and five, was among parents upset by Jamie’s antics.
Maddy, who has complained to regulator Ofcom, fumed: “It was inappropriate on a young kids’ show.
“He showed off most of his body including a hairy chest. TV presenters should keep their clothes on.”

Girl, 14, Arrested For Drunk Driving With Mom in Car -

How nice: a mother and daughter drunk driving story, and the mom wasn't behind the wheel at the time. Nope. Apparently she was too intoxicated to drive, so she let her daughter, 14 drive instead. The only problem? Her precious little snowflake was also allegedly drunk and crashed the family van. Here's more from Seattle Post Intelligencier:

Troopers say a 14-year-old girl was driving drunk with her mother passed out in the passenger seat when she lost control and flipped the van Tuesday morning on Highway 18.

The girl was ejected from the van and suffered severe head and spine injuries, but is expected to survive. Her mother was not seriously injured.

The crash, which occured about 5:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near Tiger Mountain, brought traffic to a standstill and part of the highway was closed for several hours while troopers investigated the crash.

Trooper Cliff Pratt said malt liquor containers were found inside the vehicle and both the teen and her mother appeared to be heavily intoxicated.

Pratt said the mother told troopers varying stories, claiming at different times to be the girl's sister or cousin.

Driver Teddy Pedersen Claims Three Way With Gov. McGreevey & Wife Dina - New Jersey

Another day, another sex scandal for an East Coast governor. Okay, in this case a FORMER governor, but still, what are these guy's drinking to get so horny? This time it's former New Jersey Governor McGreevey who came out in 2006 and admitted he was a homosexual. Now he and his wife Dina are divorcing, she claiming that she never knew he was gain and had been tricked into a loveless marriage. Not so fast says the aptly named stud, Teddy Pedersen, a former driver for Jim McGreevey, who now claims that not only did he have sex with the ex-gov, that his wife Dina was also involved and knew her husband was gay. A former driver and aide to former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey yesterday made the bombshell claim that Dina Matos McGreevey must have always known her husband was gay - because he was the other man in bed with them.

In an explosive interview with The Post, the McGreeveys' self-professed man in the middle, Teddy Pedersen, gave explicit details of three-way sex romps that he claimed to have had with the now-divorcing duo, starting during their courtship and continuing into the marriage
Pedersen - who said he had already spilled the beans on the ménage a trois arrangement under oath in a deposition for the couple's divorce battle - hinted that he thinks his presence was required to get Jim's motor running for Dina.

Matos McGreevey's basic argument in her divorce war with the former gov is that he covered up his homosexuality and tricked her into a loveless marriage.

Pedersen - who is named in Matos McGreevey's court papers - agreed to talk about the alleged unconventional relationship after Dina sounded off to the media last week about Eliot Spitzer's sex scandal.

"It's frustrating to hear her call Gov. Spitzer a hypocrite while she's out there being as dishonest as anyone could be about her own life," said Pedersen, 29.

"She's framed herself as a victim - yet she was a willing participant. She had complete control over what happened in her relationship," he said. "She was there, she knew what was happening, she made the moves. We all did. It's disgusting to watch her play the victim card."

Teacher Stephanie Marie Ragusa Accused of Having Sex With Boy, 14 - Davidsen Middle School

Stephanie Marie Ragusa didn't have the student in any of her classes, a Hillsborough Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said. But she met the boy on campus while she was working as a special education teacher at Davidsen Middle School last year.
Somewhere along the way, deputies say, the two began having sex.
A school resource officer was alerted to the situation after a student came forward, Hillsborough schools spokesman Stephen Hegarty said.
According to the sheriff's investigation, Ragusa had three sexual encounters with the teen between Oct. 1, 2006, and May 4, 2007 — twice in her car and once in her apartment, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.

Mom Arrested for Topless Massage While Kids Were in Next Room - Prostitution Arrest of Sheri Sims

Another "Mother of the Year" candidate. This time is was 39-year-old Sheri Sims of Colorado who was arrested by an undercover cop after her topless massage went a little too far south . . . if you know what I mean. A Highlands Ranch mother arrested for prostitution allegedly fondled an undercover officer in an upstairs bedroom of her residence while her two youngest children were in the room next door, authorities say. The woman, Sheri Sims, 39, was arrested Thursday for investigation of prostitution and child abuse.
While the undercover officer was with Sims, her two youngest children, ages 13 and 16, were in next room, said investigators in court papers filed in Douglas County. Her third child, 19, was downstairs, said authorities.
The documents claim that Sims made "contact that went beyond (an) appropriate massage." After the Highlands Ranch mother disrobed and began touching the genitals of the naked undercover detective, he gave fellow officers an arrest signal, according to the documents.

Two 12-Year-Olds Caught Having Sex at McCants Middle School Face Expulsion - Anderson, South Carolina

What do you do if you're a middle school principal and you catch two of your students, aged 12, having sex? Well, after you likely recommend they be expelled, we would expect that you'd feel like crying and/or finding a new line of work. Not a lot of details on this one, but it's enough, isn't it? Two 12-year old students who were caught having sex in a classroom at McCants Middle School in Anderson are being recommended for expulsion, according to a statement released by Anderson School District Five. News Channel 7 attempted to contact school officials on Monday to determine where teachers were when the two pre-teens engaged in sexual activity. However, neither the school or district provided any information on their whereabouts. News Channel 7 has learned that the two have been charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

Orange Coast College Drunk Naked Cheerleader Photo Scandal?

This is typically something we cover over at BadJocks.com, but after seeing these pics, you have to wonder "what were these girls thinking?" Not that college kids are supposed to be goofy and silly and a little naughty and experimental at times, but why post the pictures online then? According to the website DonChavez.com, the girls (and apparently at least one lucky guy) from the Dance and Cheeer Team at Orange Coast College (no I never heard of them before either) were in Las Vegas for a cheerleading competition recently (according to Orange Coast College, the Dance and Cheer Team have won 10 national titles) and started having some fun in their hotel room. Two Female Teachers, Katie Frawley & Maureen Van Vechten, Accused of Giving Alcohol to Underage Boy - Morrisville-Eaton High School

How many female teachers does it take to get an 18-year-old boy drunk? That's a trick question, because we're not sure from the story if Morrisville-Eaton High School teachers Katie M. Frawley, 26 and Maureen E. Van Vechten, 36 actuallt got the senior male drunk or not, but cops believe that they did provide him with alcohol and we think there might be some law against that. No additional details (so no sense speculating that they were trying to have sex with him) but both ladies are supposed to be arraigned today (Wednesday) on charges of "unlawfully dealing with a child."
