Teacher Shannon Lynn Best Admits "Kissing and Fondling" Female Student, 18, Sending Her Nude Pictures

This story started as a "teacher may have kissed a student" tale, to one where it's now allegedly a female teacher, Shannon Lynn Best, at Sanderson High School in North Carolina, getting involved with possibly more than one female student. According to cops, Best admitted to that that she kissed and fondled an 18-year-old female student who she invited over to her house for a sleep over and also sent the student nude photos of herself on her cell phone. According to the warrant, Shannon Lynn Best, 29, admitted to having a relationship with the girl lasting three to four weeks.

Best resigned Monday after being accused of having sex with the 18-year-old girl over the weekend. Under North Carolina law, the student-teacher relationship is off-limits for intimate behavior, even if the student is a legal adult. The state statute makes it a felony to take “indecent liberties with a victim who is a student, at any time ... before the victim ceases to be a student.”
Upon learning of the teacher's resignation on Monday, many parents of Sanderson High students said the news was appalling. David Setser of Raleigh said he didn’t feel “real good” about the news. He has a 15-year-old daughter at Sanderson. His daughter, Hannah, said it was “disturbing.” “I didn't find out until second period and I just found it very disturbing,” she said.

Doctors in Trouble After "Can in Rectum" Video Appears on YouTube - Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Centre, the Philippines

Ah, the Philippines! A country that is sort of like the United States in some ways, and not at all like it in other ways. Take for instance its medical professionals: in recent weeks a video surfaces on YouTube, purportedly taken during surgery. That in and of itself would be wrong (violating a patient's right to privacy) but the doctors and nurses are also seen laughing on tape. Why? Well, according to reports (I haven't seen the video) they surgery involved the removal of a metal canister or perfume can from a man's rectum. How it got there appears to be somewhat of a mystery, but one report claimed the man got drunk on New Year's Eve, hired a male prostitute and then complained about the small size of the guy's penis. In response, the male prostitute allegedly took the perfume bottle and shoved it up the victim's buttocks where it had to be surgically removed.
To add insult to injury, the entire surgery was recorded using cell phones and not only are the doctors and nurses giggling during the procedure, they also cheer when the can finally comes out. How soon before we seen this on Gray's Anatomy? (New Zealand Herald)

Woman Shot by Husband Installing Satellite TV Dish on House

This has to be one of the dumbest things we have ever read about: a Deepwater, Missouri man, Ronald Long is in trouble with the law after his half-assed attempt to install a satellite TV dish on his house went horribly wrong. Here's more from the Sedalia Democrat:

A Deepwater woman died Saturday after being shot in the chest, according to the Henry County Sheriff’s Department. Patsy D. Long, 34, was pronounced dead by Coroner Scott Largent just after 6 p.m.
Long was shot by her husband Ronald Long outside their home just after 6 p.m., while she was assisting him with the installation of a satellite television system, according to a written statement by the Sheriff’s Department.
Ronald Long, 39, of 956 SE 1121, Deepwater, told deputies he had made several attempts to punch a hole through the exterior wall of the house, according to the report. When that did not work, Long told deputies he used a .22-caliber handgun to shoot through the wall from inside the home. His second shot hit Patsy Long in the chest, the report stated.
Deputies are still investigating the death, and “Once we complete a diagram of the incident, we will be submitting everything to the prosecuting attorney and let him decide if he wants to press criminal charges,” said Major Robert Hills, of the Henry County Sheriff’s Department.

Shock Video: Teen Hit With Folding Chair in Cafeteria - Achieve Academy, Prescott Valley AZ

Well, it didn't take long for some other stupid high school girl to top the Mulberry Eight cheerleader beating video! Less than a week after that horror, Arizona cops have arrested one 14-year-old girl for hitting another 14-year-old girl, Taylor Hedlund in the head with a folding chair, just like in professional wrestling! And it was all caught on a cell phone camera in the cafeteria at Achieve Academy in little Prescott Valley, Arizona. What would cause such an angry outburst? Cops say the two had some kind of verbal exchange (another report said they were throwing sunflower seeds at each other) but either way, it doesn't seem to warrant a metal chair to head from behind, does it?
This all took place last Thursday, and like other recent teen shock videos, this one also ended up on the Internet where cops downloaded it as evidence in the case. The as-yet-unnamed attacker has been charged with aggravated assault, and faces several other charges n the juvenile court system, including disorderly conduct and . . . interfering with an educational institution?

Third Grade Teacher Accused of Renting Spring Break House for Teens, Allowing Them to Drink - Gina Black, South Conway Elementary School

Thanks teach! Apparently the boys at Conway High School in South Carolina weren't old enough to rent a beach house for themselves during Spring Break, so Gina Black, a third grade teacher at South Conway Elementary School allegedly rented it for them. And then, being like typical teenagers on Spring Break, the boys started drinking. Here's more from Charlotte Observer:

The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office arrested a South Conway Elementary School teacher Thursday morning and charged her with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Gina Black, 39, a third-grade teacher at the school, was arrested after several staff members at Conway High School called the Sheriff's Office to report an incident they said happened over the school's spring break, said Neil Johnson, spokesman for the Sheriff's Office.
Johnson said three Conway High School students told staff that Black rented a beach house on Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach for a group of students and allowed them to use it and drink alcohol during the week of spring break - March 22 through March 29.
Three of those students, all 17, told the Sheriff's Office that they helped pay for the house and that Black knew they were drinking, Johnson said. Black was suspended from her job at the elementary school with pay starting April 3, said Horry County Schools spokeswoman Teal Britton said. Black's mother, Gail Marlowe, supported her daughter.
"There certainly was no giving them alcohol. Gina had her children with her at this house; that's why she was there - to chaperone," she said. "We are trying not to say anything that would damage her case in any way or contribute to the situation as it stands, but my daughter doesn't drink, she doesn't allow her children to drink and she certainly did not give alcohol to those teenagers."

Teacher Melissa Beth Williams, 41, Charged w. Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student, 17 - Huntington Schools

What a great way to start off the week with--surprise--a female teacher sex scandal! This time it's allegedly a 41-year-old teacher from Huntington, Texas. At right, a picture of Melissa Beth Williams in court. Here's more from the Lufkin Daily News:

Appearing in court with her husband Friday afternoon, Melissa Beth Williams, 41, turned herself in to the Angelina County Jail at approximately 1:30 p.m. before being released on a $25,000 bond an hour and a half later, said her attorney Ryan Deaton. She has been charged of improper relationship between an educator and student — a second-degree felony charge in Texas. "She said that she is not guilty of this offense," Deaton said.
In the affidavit, Williams admitted to sexual contact with the student. According to the report, two witnesses said the student told them "shortly after the sexual contact occurred" that he'd had sex with Williams.
Child Protective Services contacted school officials Tuesday after the student's mother called them, said Huntington ISD police Chief Michael Jinkins. Jinkins booked Williams into jail after her brief bond hearing Friday. "We expect all teachers to hold themselves in a respectful and professional manner with all staff, students and community," he said. Williams, who resigned Wednesday, was a teacher at the Huntington Pride alternative campus and has four children, including three in the school district, according to Deaton. Her oldest son is 17, said Williams' husband, David, during the court hearing. Williams' husband filed for divorce from her in August, according to district clerk records previously printed in The Lufkin Daily News. The couple agreed to dismiss the filing days later, according to records at the Angelina County District Clerk's Office.
While Williams is out on bond, she is prohibited from going within 50 feet of the campus at 908 Main St. in Huntington, said Justice of the Peace Billy Ball, who set her bond provisions. She is also prohibited from being around anyone under the age of 18 unless a person over the age of 21 is present. Ball is also requiring Williams to submit to drug testing.

Cheerleader Beating Video Update: Dr. Phil's Staff Bails Out Ringleader of Mulberry Eight?

Oh, Dr. Phil, how could you? First it was all that crap when Britney Spears went nuts and you showed up unannounced at the hospital to "help" . . . and, reportedly, to get the entire Spears clan on your show. Now comes word that members of your staff paid the bail of 17-year-old Mercades Nichols, one of the six teens accused of videotaping themselves beating a fellow cheerleader in Polk County, Fla. Nichols and her seven co-defendants, best known here as the "Mulberry Eight", received very high bail amounts based on the severity of their crime and apparent lack of remorse. Most were stuck in jail for a while because their parents couldn't raise the money, but apparently some staffers on the Dr. Phil Show came up with the cash. Here's more from Hollywood Today:

Even besides the nastiness of trying for a story by getting people out of jail — it has never led to to happy ending. From Norman Mailer to Truman Capote’s famed escapades, one of which ended in a murder, media figures getting prisoners out of jail has often led to disaster.

“In this case, certain staff members went beyond our guidelines (re the bail being paid),” read an official statement released by a spokeswoman for the “Dr. Phil” show on Saturday. “These staff members have been spoken to and our policies reiterated. In addition, we have decided not to go forward with the story as our guidelines have been compromised.”

It was unclear if one of the employees disciplined was the unidentified male seen escorting Nichols and her family to their vehicle in the jailhouse parking lot after the teen’s bail was paid. At the time, the man refused to give his name to reporters and forbade the gathered media from interviewing Nichols or her kin, citing a signed exclusivity contract.

Mulberry Eight Update: Florida Teens Involved in Videotaped Beating Appear Before Judge at Bond Hearing

The case of the eight Florida teens accused of beating a friend and videotaping it so they could post it on MySpace appeared before a judge yesterday to have their bond set. And for all of them, the judge more than doubled the typical bond in these kinds of cases, keeping many of them behind bars. Of course, the hearing also brought the parents of these punks out, and in some cases you can see the darling little apples didn't fall far from the trees. According to WFTV, the father of Stephen Schumaker, 18 decided the whole thing was the fault of Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who decided to release the video adding, "Grady Judd, our great sheriff, he made a mountain out of a molehill with all these trumped up charges for these kids." Trumped up charges? Have you seen the video dad?
Not surprisingly, Angela Cowden, the judge in the case also set some strict rules for the Mulberry Eight teens if, and when, the get out on bond: they can't go back to Mulberry High School, use any Internet sites (like MySpace or YouTube) and there's a strict curfew that essentially keeps them under house arrest.

On their own videotape, six Polk County girls laughed in another girl's face as they beat her so badly she was hospitalized. Friday in court, they hung their heads in shame.Not only will the girls be tried as adults for their videotaped attack, Judge Angela Cowden doubled the normal bond for all eight teens.
Each is now held on anywhere from $31,000 to $37,000 for kidnapping and battery and Friday many of their parents told Eyewitness News they can't afford to get their kids out. More than one parent came out of the Polk County courtroom sobbing. People like Mary Nichols learned getting her 17-year-old granddaughter Mercades out of jail would now take serious money. "I don't have the money to bond her out," Nichols said.

New York Cop Caught Robbing Pennsylvania Bank at Gunpoint - Christian Torres

Christian Torres is a new cop on the New York Police Department, so he's likely not at the top of the pay scale for the job. But is that any reason to go out of state to rob a bank, using a gun? At right, a picture of Christian Torres in uniform. Here's more from NY Daily News:

An NYPD rookie sworn to enforce the law broke it big-time Thursday, stealing $113,000 from a Pennsylvania bank at gunpoint, authorities said.

Cop-turned-robber Christian Torres, 21, of Queens, was collared less than a block away and the loot was recovered, police said.

"I can't believe it happened," said Chris Salcedo, 20, a neighbor who plays football with Torres every week. "He talked a lot about being a cop. He said he wanted to do good stuff for people."

The bizarre caper unfolded when the transit officer, dressed in a black suit, marched into the Muhlenberg Sovereign Bank just after opening and flashed a silver Glock handgun, cops said.

He demanded that tellers take him to the vault, where he stuffed a white plastic CVS bag with piles of bills ranging from $10s to $100s, authorities said.

During the heist, an employee tripped an alarm, and police arrived as Torres, who had joined the NYPD last July, walked out and hopped into his black Toyota Scion, cops said.

When officers pulled him over moments later, he told them he was a New York City police officer, authorities said. He had the bag of cash on the seat and the gun tucked into his waistband, police said.

Cheerlader Beating Video Update: Mulberry Eight Will Be Charged as Adults, Could Face Life in Prison!

According to The Ledger:

Court records show all of the teens are charged with kidnapping and battery. The kidnapping charges are first-degree felonies that carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. The battery charges are first-degree misdemeanors that carry a maximum sentence of a year in jail.
Three girls also face a third-degree felony charge of tampering with a witness, which carries a maximum of five years in prison.

Mom Takes Infant Along With Her to Rob Candy Store - Christine Ruther

Now here's one mug shot you're not likely to forget anytime soon! That's Christine Ruther, 19, of Green Township (we're assuming Ohio because the story is from the Cincinnati Enquirer) who was arrested along with three other people for the robbery of a local candy store. But that's not her only crime: apparently Ms. Ruther took her 7-wee-old daughter with her on the crime spree and, according to cops, used the baby's stroller to haul away some of her loot. And when we say loot in this case we are actually referring to stolen candy, not cash. The thieves were ultimately caught when--I'm not making this up!--cops followed a trail of candy and empty wrappers. Are we really that far from the movie "Idiocracy" coming true? Police said Ruther had her 7-week-old daughter with her. Ruther told police she and her baby accompanied three people to the break-in and watched. She also told officers they used the baby stroller to transport the candy.

Ruther was charged with child endangering and breaking and entering. Also charged with breaking and entering were Terrance Ware, 18, of Northside; Rebecca Gamble, 18, of Blue Ash; and Dwight Reed, 22, of Walnut Hills.

Leslie Betts, manager of the 103-year-old family candy distributing business, said the quartet stole every kind of candy imaginable: “Reece cups, Skittles, Twizzlers, you name it.”

She said she learned of the break-in when Cincinnati police called her at home about 1:30 a.m.

“You’ve been broken into,” she said they told her. “We’re guarding the Swedish fish. Hurry. Come down. We can’t leave the store. It’s wide open.”

Cincinnati police also called Ruther’s mother, Amy Ruther, and asked her to come pick up the baby at District 1 police headquarters in the West End, Amy Ruther said in a phone interview.

She said she was shocked and upset over her daughter’s arrest – and that she would have the baby, Madison, with her.

“She has some problems and we have been trying to help her for a long time through doctors,” Amy Ruther said of her daughter. “When someone is that age you can’t force them to do anything. People shouldn’t make fun of the situation when they don’t know the facts. She is a good person.”

She said Christine and the baby live with her and her husband but they haven’t been able to reach Christine this week.

Amy Ruther said she doesn’t think the break-in was planned because the baby was with her daughter.

Teacher Michelle Droelle Resigns, Admits Running Escort Servcie - Kellam High School

Yesterday, this looked like a non-story: Michelle Droelle works as a social studies teacher at Kellam High School in Virginia and someone noticed that she was still paying the the bills to place phone numbers for escort services. Legal escort services, but still something the school district was not happy about. Her explanation (yesterday)? Her name was just still on the phone bills, but she had already divorced herself from the business BEFORE she ever started teaching. End of story, right? Wrong? Someone looked into this a little more closely and found out that Ms. Droelle was actually still very much involved in the escort business and so she's been forced to resign. At right, the only picture we have been able to find of Michelle Droelle, now former teacher. Here's more from Hampton Roads:

The contracts for phone book ads list Droelle as the owner of Penthouse V.I.P. and her home address in Ocean Lakes as the company’s location.
Penthouse V.I.P. is the umbrella for an operation that runs ads under at least 20 different names, such as Exotic Playmates, Sinful Seductions and Party Girls.
Droelle did not return calls Wednesday to her home or business. Her lawyer, Mike Joynes, said that “pursuant to an agreement with the School Board, Michelle can’t have any comment.”
However, the school division denies requiring her silence.
“She chose to resign,” spokeswoman Eileen Cox said. “We don’t have any conditions on her resignation.”
As of Tuesday, Droelle still managed the businesses on a day-to-day basis, according to several women who said they have worked recently for the escort service.
One dancer, who appears on the Web site of Penthouse V.I.P. but requested that her name not be used in this article, said she has worked for Droelle for more than a year. She said that once Droelle took the teaching job at Kellam, she tried to keep a lower profile in the company – avoiding the weekly meetings where the dancers settle up their accounts with the service and collect their paychecks, signed by Droelle.
“Michelle didn’t want the newer girls to see her so she stopped coming to the meetings for a while,” the woman said. “But then she started coming again. I saw her at one in the past month.”
The contracts, from 2006 through 2008, are for ads in The Talking Phone Book, Verizon Yellow Pages and Yellow Book USA. Penthouse V.I.P. spent more than $50,000 on ads in 2007 alone, according to the contracts.
The phone book ads, often featuring scantily clad women, appeared in South Hampton Roads and Peninsula editions. Phone numbers for at least eight of the escort service names also are registered in Droelle’s name.
Calls to Penthouse V.I.P. and its affiliates are answered by an operator who sets up appointments and explains that for $100, the “girls” will strip fully nude, perform lap dances and provide companionship for one hour. Such acts are legal in Virginia as long as they take place in private and everyone involved is at least 18.
The company’s Web site features provocative photos of a dozen young women and a list of services, including “1-on-1 encounters … fetishes … light domination.”

Only LIGHT domination? I was hoping for more than that. Never mind.

Teacher/Sheriff’s Deputy, 42, Suspended While Being Investigated for Improper Relationship With 17-Year-Old - Brattleboro Union High School

EARLIER POST: Now things are getting REALLY interesting. Not only are the female teachers having sex with underage boys, now some of them are cops and likely wearing guns! Add to that the possibility of doing it in the police car with sirens on and you have the makings of a great porn film. That is, unless it really happened, which is what the Vermont State Police are investigating in a case involving Windham County’s top sheriff’s deputy, Heidi Nelson, 42, who also teaches law enforcement classes and serves as Brattleboro Union High School's resource officer. Efforts to reach Nelson on Tuesday were unsuccessful.

Neither Clark nor Stahley would say much about the alleged relationship, whether it was a consensual, whether it was with a male or female student or how it came to the attention of authorities.

Nelson, of Westminster, was a 17-year veteran of the Vermont State Police before she left to run a private gym in Bellows Falls. She was first hired by the sheriff’s department by former Sheriff Sheila Prue. When Clark became sheriff last year he promoted Nelson to be his second in command.

Principal Caught at Motel With Pot, Porn, Booze & Two Girls, 15 & 16 - Daniel Scott Markofski, Spring Grove Elementary

A Milwaukee police officer, walking by a Super 8 Motel room, noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the room and walked in. There he allegedly found Daniel Scott Markofski, 47, the principal at Spring Grove Elementary in suburban Chicago, clad only in his boxer shorts along with some weed, some Cognac, porn blaring on the TV and . . . two underage girls, 15 and 16. No, it was not a special after school tutoring session, if that's what you were thinking. The best part of the story? According to cops, when the trio arrived a the motel they wanted to order an in-room movie. The girls wanted to see "Alvin and the Chipmunks," Markofski wanted porn. Daniel Scott Markofski, 47, of 5713 Broadway St., Richmond, was held on $20,000 bond Tuesday at the Milwaukee County Jail. He's principal of Spring Grove School, which is part of Nippersink Elementary District 2.

Markofski was charged with two counts of exposing a child to harmful material and one count of sexual intercourse with a child age 16 or older, according to documents filed by the Milwaukee County district attorney's office.

Court documents state Markofski was arrested in Glendale, just north of Milwaukee, after an officer on routine patrol found him partially clothed in a motel room with two girls, ages 15 and 16, early Saturday.

Markofski performed a sex act on the 16-year-old while the younger teen was in the room, prosecutors said. Markofski met the older teenager on a telephone chat line, authorities said.

In addition, Markofski is accused of ordering a pornographic movie for the teens. Both Milwaukee County girls suggested "Alvin and the Chipmunks" when the trio discussed watching a movie, authorities said, but Markofski decided on the pornography.

Florida Cheerleaders Accused of Beating Girl, Planned to Post Video on YouTube & MySpace - Mulberrry High School

That damn MySpace! Getting more innocent teens in trouble. This time, down in Florida where six young ladies--ranging in age from 14 to 17--are in jail after cops say they lured a female classmate a house and then kicked and punched her for 30 minutes while the camera rolled. The reason? According to police, the girls (many of whom are on the same cheerleading squad at Mulberry High School) didn't like what the girl wrote about them on her MySpace page, so they were going to beat her up, tape it, and post THAT on MySpace . . . apparently as a warning to anyone who messes with HS cheerleaders. Two boys, who allegedly waited outside and acted as lookouts were also charged. Below: the "Mulberry Eight." (Story continues below)

Said Polk County Sheriff Grady "No Relation to Ashley" Judd, "I've never seen anything like it. They seem to have absolutely no remorse at all. I don't understand the sheer violence. That is animalistic behavior and it is pack mentality. They lured her there to beat her and beat her. They left her with a concussion. We have photographs of her with two black eyes; her nose is swollen." Afterwards, according to police, several of the attackers drove the victim around and threatened to "beat her again" if she went to police. According to one news report, while in the holding cell, one of the girls asked if she would be released in time to make it to cheerleading practice, while others laughed and joked about not being able to go down to the beach for a while. All but one of the Mulberry Eight were in a juvenile facility, but local prosecutor would like to charge the girls as adults and after watching this brutal video, you'll likely agree. Female Prison Teacher Accused of Sex With Inmates - Shannon R. Warsicki

A special education teacher at a state prison in Indiana County has been accused of having sexual contact with three inmates.
Shannon R. Warsicki, 37, of 334 Georgetowne Village, Indiana, was charged with two counts of institutional sexual assault and three counts of official oppression for allegedly performing sex acts on two inmates and exposing herself to a third at SCI-Pine Grove, in White Township. The incidents allegedly occurred between early 2004 and September 2006.

Heather Ayers, Flees Scene of Drunk Driving Accident, Leaves Daughter, 6, Behind Because "That’s What They Do on COPs."

Another "Mother of the Year" Finalist and this one is no April Fools joke. Heather Ayers, 29, was reportedly involved in a drunk driving incident in Brevard County, Florida Tuesday night and allegedly fled the scene. That's not so unusual, but the fact that she left her 6-year-old daughter--and four other injured people--at the scene where the car had flipped over several times, raised a few eyebrows in court. But even the judge was a bit put off when he found out her reasoning for running: according to the state trooper's notes, Ayers reportedly told him that ". . . she'd been driving around drinking since 5 p.m. with her daughter and ran from the scene because that’s what they do on COPs." COPs, of course, is the long running reality TV show on FOX that shows real police officers doing their jobs, sometimes arresting stupid criminals. Enough said. The Florida Highway Patrol said Heather Ayers, 29 ,was driving North on I-95 just past Wickham Road in Brevard County when she rear-ended the car in front of her. That car flipped several times in the median.

Troopers say three of the four passengers in the first car were ejected. Ayers wound up crossing southbound 95 and slammed into some bushes. Troopers said that's when Ayers jumped and ran leaving the scene and her six year old daughter in the back seat of her car.

She was arrested and made her first court appearance Wednesday. The judge could not believe what was written in the troopers report.

"He smelled a strong odor of alcohol on her breath. She was yelling F-you. get me off this bus.," The judge read aloud from the troopers paper work.

"I was worried about my daughter,” Ayers replied. “She's six”

The judge continued to read more of the trooper’s notes aloud.

"She was drinking at home and had 2 beers because of an argument with her step father. She stated she'd been driving around drinking since 5 p.m. with her daughter and ran from the scene because that’s what they do on Cops."

The arrest makes DUI number two for Ayers. She was convicted on DUI charges in Tennessee three years ago. Between the first and the second DUI offense and the nature of the injuries troopers say she caused Tuesday, the Judge set Ayers bond at $190,000.

Jaime M. Foss, 31, Arrested for Sex With Boy, 15, One Hour Before Going to Court on Charges of Having Sex With Underage Boy

Some people never learn, do they? Jaime M. Foss, 31 of West Bend, Wisconsin, was charged two weeks ago with having sex with a 15-year-old boy. On Wednesday, she was due in court to face those charges when the 15-year-old victim was truant from school. When cops went to look for him the boy's uncle told them to look at Foss' house where they not only found the kid, but also determined that the two had spent the entire day together. Not surprisingly, this violates the conditions of Foss's bail and led to her re-arrest. The best part of the story? The love birds met at church were Jaime M. Foss worked as a temp in the day care. We're not implying the boy needed to be in day care, but some adult supervision seems to lacking on both their parts. At right, Jaime M. Foss's mug shot picture. West Bend police Lt. Jim Flitter said officers were investigating a theft case in which the boy was a suspect. When they went to West Bend West High School, where he is a student, they found he was truant and went to Foss' house after the boy's uncle said they might find him there, Flitter said.
Police went to the house about noon and found the boy. Foss arrived about 10 minutes later, Flitter said.
Foss told police that she knew the boy was at her house, and that they had been together for most of the day, Flitter said.
Foss was charged March 20 with three counts of sexual assault of a child younger than 16. If convicted, she could be imprisoned up to 40 years on each count.
She was freed from the Washington County Jail on March 20 after posting $500 bail and on condition that she have no contact with the boy.
According to a criminal complaint, Foss confessed to having sex with the boy in early March at her home, including at least one instance when her children were in the house.
The two met at Calvary Assembly of God church in West Bend, where Foss had been employed as a part-time temporary aide in the church's day care center. Authorities learned of the relationship after a member of the church called them, officials said.
The complaint says Foss and the boy called off their relationship until the boy reached 18. Foss told investigators that she told boy to "live his life" for the next three years, "and if she is still single when he is 18, they can start a relationship," the complaint says.

Teacher Caught by Husband With Boy, 16, Chases Them Around House With Gun - Jennifer Gonzales, Mount Nebo Junior High School

Ah, how romantic. A hot female teacher and an underage young boy down in the basement of her home with candles burning and massage oil nearby. He gently massages her breasts and buttocks (according to police) when the door opens and there stands the teacher's husband . . . with a GUN! According to published reports, that's what happened to Mount Nebo Junior High School teacher Jennifer Gonzales, 32, on Sunday when her husband Richard Gonzales came home from work to find the two together. When he did, the boy was seen running to a bathroom pulling his pants up, and his wife was topless, and also pulling her pants up. At one point, an understandably angry Mr. Gonzales allegedly started chasing the lovers around the house with a gun and according to one report, set their clothes on fire. She's now been arrested for unlawful sexual conduct with the 16-year-old, who was also her "proctor son" which apparently means she took temporary care of the boy because he may have some kind of emotional issues. For his part, Richard Gonzales was arrested on aggravated assault and criminal mischief charges. (Desert Morning News)

Mom of Indiana U Cheerleader Claims Topless Pictures of Daughter Were Stolen From Her Computer!

They have created quite a sensation online: bikini and topless pictures of a young woman posted online with claims that she was an Indiana University cheerleader. The website that we were first aware of posting them online, DonChavez.com, doesn't really say where they came from or bother to name the 22-year-old girl, but does offer photographic evidence that she was on the IU squad . . . at some point.

If you’ve had the pleasure of attending an Indiana Hoosiers basketball game at Assembly Hall this year, then chances are you’ve seen this coed on the cheerleading squad. She looks like your typical indiana girl, primed and ready to become the next Chyna of the WWE, and then do a spread in Playboy. Fortunate for Hoosier fans though, she’s skipped the WWE and went straight to posing for nude photos.

Now comes word from the Bloomington, IN Herald Times that a police report has been filed by the girl's mother claiming that someone must have hacked into her personal computer and stole the pictures before posting them online! They also have a primary suspect: the cheerleader's ex-boyfriend. So far though, the only crime police think might have been committed was hacking into the victim’s computer to retrieve them. Apparently just posting naughty pictures of your ex isn't a crime . . . at least not in Indiana. If the photos were obtained in some other way, say the boyfriend took them himself or received copies, it doesn't appear they can charge him. And so far, no one seems to be insisting that DonChavez.com or any other of the many sites that have the images now, take them down.
To make matters worse, the victim was not aware that the images were available online until a friend showed her a link to them from the Peegs.com message board, where IU athletics fans go to discuss a number of topics, apparently including topless photos of one of their cheerleaders. According to the mother, the girl in the pictures has been--surprise!!--harassed so much since they were published that she had to leave Indiana for California. In total, there are about two-dozen photographs of her, some in different bikinis and still others in various pieces of black lingerie, but many of them topless.
Another website, CheerInCollege.com, contacted Indiana University about the cheerleader and the negative image the publication of the pictures gave the school (and, apparently, cheerleaders in general) and posted that:

Assistant Athletics Director for External Operations Frank Cuervo stated, "'It is unfortunate that this young woman finds herself in this situation and that someone was willing to take advantage of her momentary lapse in judgement." He went on to indicate that the young woman who appears in the photos is understandably very embarrassed, specifically because she did not intend for the pictures to be posted publicly, and that it was actually someone who gained unauthorized access to her computer who ultimately posted them online.

A sad story indeed and somewhat of a cautionary tale for other college-aged young women, according to Bloomington PD Capt. Joe "I Love My Job" Qualters, who said the case demonstrates the "risks people take when either storing or distributing items meant to remain private" adding,

"Once you send things electronically, even let’s say you gave regular photos of yourself to a beau, and your relationship breaks off, that person could end up doing something else with them. There’s an inherent danger with that trust factor."

Mother of the Year Duct Tapes Kids to Chairs, Posts Pictures on MySpace - Amber Green

According to police, Amber Green, a Bellingham, MA mother of two claims her children (aged 5 and 6) WANTED to play with duct tape, so she and her live-in fiancee obliged them. The adults allegedly bound the kids into a chair (to the point they were crying) took pictures and then Green allegedly uploaded them to her MySpace page to share with friends. Classy! Amber Green, of 100 Salisbury St., will be back in court Monday for a pretrial conference after police in February charged the woman and her live-in fiance, Lee Smith, 29, with two counts of assault and battery.
The woman told police she saw "disturbing photos of Green's children secured and bound to chairs with duct tape'' on MySpace.com, according to court documents.
"They were visibly upset and crying'' in the photos, the documents said.
When questioned by police, Green said her 5- and 6-year-old children "asked to play with the tape and wanted to be tied up,'' the police report said.
"Once the tape was applied ... the children were restrained to the chairs and became very upset and were crying,'' Officer David Ayotte wrote in a police report.
Green took digital photos of the children and uploaded them to the Web site for her friends to view, he wrote.
"The pictures clearly depict that Amber and Lee went to the extreme in wrapping duct tape around the kids,'' Ayotte wrote. The tape was wrapped approximately 10 times around the children's stomachs and chest areas and close to their throats, police said. "It is a possibility that the children may have had a difficult time breathing,'' according to the police report.

12-Year-Old Works as Stripper at Dallas Club! - 6th Grader Worked at Diamonds Cabaret

"We swear, she looked 15 to us!" And yet somehow, the Diamonds Cabaret "gentlemen's club" in Dallas will NOT lose their license, even after the cops found a 12-year-old and a 17-year-old working there. And no, we don't have a picture of her, so just use your imagination. On second thought, don't do that. Here's more from USA Today:

A strip club in Dallas won't be penalized for allowing a 12-year-old runaway to work as a dancer for two weeks in late 2007, the Morning News reports.
"There's a laundry list of things we can use to deny or revoke a license, but having a 12-year-old dancing in their establishment is not one of the things that automatically enables us to revoke their license," police Lt. Christina Smith, who oversees the strip-club permit process, tells the paper.
Two people have been charged with felonies in connection with the sixth-grader's work at Diamonds Cabaret. "Police officials are continuing to investigate whether the club's management knew she was underage," the paper says.

Teacher Katherine Harder, 31, Caught in Parked Car With Boy, 17 - Manhattan High School, Kansas

As we said with a post earlier today, the female teachers now appear to be so aggressively going after underage boys, that they can't even wait to get them home or to a hotel room. According to police, Katherine Harder, 31, a language arts teacher at Manhattan High School in Kansas was caught in a parked car with a 17-year-old male student. At right is the only picture we have found so far of Katherine Harder. Not sure what is wrong with her neck, but we guess some guys like that in a woman.

Harder and the boy drove down this road to a secluded area outside of Manhattan. And this is where Pottawatomie County police say they found the two in a car about 10 o’clock Wednesday night, the Spillway Marina at Tuttle Creek State Park.
Authorities say the 31-year-old teacher was having sex with one of her students, a boy, 17-years-old. Though this arrest has rattled the Manhattan School District, Jones says it's not the school's first sex scandal.
"I had heard through the..just the grapevine that it happened many years ago, so that would have been at least nine years ago, which would have been before my time," Jones said. School administrators are planning to meet with students and parents wanting answers. Katherine Harder was released today from jail on a $3,000 bond. She faces five to 13 months in jail if she's convicted.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Becky Jo Tatum earlier this week after the allegations surfaced in a search warrant, 10TV's Tracy Townsend reported.
The warrant revealed that the 14-year-old girl was at Tatum's home earlier this month when the alleged sexual conduct occurred. The teenager said that she "had been drinking and had a buzz" prior to the incident, according to the warrant.
The teen described Tatum as "flirtatious" and said that Tatum took her by "her left hand (and) guided her upstairs to the master bedroom" where the two had sexual contact.
After Tatum, 41, and the teen allegedly engaged in sexual activity, the girl claimed that Tatum told her that "they had done something bad."
According to Tatum's daughter, her mother has engaged in sexual activity with a number of her friends, Townsend reported.
"(She's) done this before with my friends; I'm kind of used to it," Tatum's daughter said.

EARLIER REPORT: According to police, the case began as an investigation into possible drug activity.
"This all started out as a drug investigation and as a result of the drug investigation we seized Becky's computers," said Bexley police Detective Bob Cuschleg. "Looking at the computers we found images that were a little disturbing."
Cuschleg did not elaborate on the images, but said they were of children '"role playing," 10TV's Tracy Townsend reported.
"There's actually no sexual act in the images on the computer," Cuschleg said. "What we've done is we have investigated the images we found on the computer (and) we found a victim that actually had a sexual contact with Becky Jo Tatum."
Tatum, 41, is described as white, 6 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Records obtained by 10TV News on Monday showed that Tatum was previously charged with prostitution, theft and drug trafficking, Townsend reported.

Substitute Teacher Lisa Robyn Marinelli Charged With Sex With a Minor: Boy Caught Pulling Up Pants Coming Out of Her Car - Mitchell High School

UPDATE: Sub Involved With 17-Year-Old Boy Originally Wanted Him for Her Daughter - In an odd twist to this already strange story, Lisa Robyn Marinelli, the substitute teacher at the center of a new female teacher sex scandal, reportedly originally approached a high school boy telling him he was "on the list" of potential suitors for her 15-year-old daughter. After that, according the court documents, the boy started visiting Marinelli's house when one evening she instructed him to meet her down the street where the two of them started making out in her car. The report goes on to say that Marinelli's reported to have said "This is bad," several times while kissing the 17-year-old. Ya think?
After that, the pair had sex (according the boy) about 10 times, with many of their trysts set up via text messages. According to the cops, Marinelli sent a number of racy messages to the boy, including: "How about a quicky 2morrow afternoon," and "You can meet me at home at 3. Real men only need 20 minutes. We will be alone cause there is a field trip." What kind of field trip were those kids on?

While updating this story, we also noticed an unfortunate juxtaposition of the story and a nearby ad for a weight loss product that featured a dark haired young girl who looks like she could be Marinelli's daughter, and appears to be trying to pull her own pants down in a somewhat seductive pose, and has that look that says "Hey mom, what happened to that cute boy you were going to introduce me to?

EARLIER STORY: Florida seems to be leading the nation in teacher sex scandals, and the latest one has a lot of great details. According to police, the father of a 16-year-old high school boy became suspicious when he saw his boy getting out of substitute teacher Lisa Robyn Marinelli's Chrylser 300 pulling up his pants. According to police, the 40-year-old Marinelli also gave the boy a pair of her panties as a memento of their sexual relationship. At right, Lisa Robyn Marinelli's mugh shot picture. Communication between Marinelli and the boy began in January, when the boy was 16, records state. It was unclear how Marinelli met the boy.
"The victim's father provided documents of hundreds of cell phone calls, and there were about 35 text messages still on the victim's cell phone," Doll said.
The boy showed investigators several locations where he said he had sex with Marinelli in her vehicle, Doll said. Under Florida law, a 17-year-old cannot consent to sex with a person 24 or older.
The boy told investigators he had sex with Marinelli 10 times between Jan. 12 and Feb. 27, an affidavit stated. Most of the sexual encounters took place in Marinelli's car at locations in and around the Longleaf community.
A business address on Marinelli's arrest report is that of Mitchell High School on Little Road in New Port Richey. It was not immediately known whether Marinelli, of 9824 Nicklaus Drive, had worked at other schools in the county. She has no previous arrest history, records show.

Dumbass Criminal of the Year? Robbery Leaves Phone Number, So Manager Can Call Him to Open Safe - Chicago

The good news for police is that criminals are getting dumber. Take this robber in Chicago for example: he showed up at a local muffler shop and demanded money. The employees told him that he'd have to wait until the manager showed up to open the safe, so the guy left not one BUT TWO PHONE NUMBERS to call him back. Of course, they called the cops instead who met the robber when he returned later. Dumbass!

The incident started about 8 a.m., when the masked man, armed with a revolver, came in to Velasquez Mufflers For Less at 2600 N. Laramie Ave. and began demanding money, said Jose Sida, 37, a mechanic.
Employees told him they had little money and couldn't open the safe, so the man left two phone numbers for them to call when the owner returned with the combination, Sida said. "He said, 'You guys better call me because otherwise I'm going to come back to shoot you,'" Sida said. Instead, an employee called Chicago police.
Officers dressed in plainclothes came to the shop and told employees to call the man, Sida said. The man returned about noon, wearing the same mask and black clothing and officers told the employees to get to the back of the shop, Sida said.
A police source said the teen pulled a gun from his hooded sweat shirt and at least one officer opened fire. Zarate's injury was not thought to be life-threatening, the source said.
Mark Payne, a spokesman for the Independent Police Review Authority, said the man was treated at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for a gunshot wound. He said his agency was investigating the police-involved shooting but said that the inquiry would take six months to complete and that he could not release any details.

Teacher Mary Jo Spack Accused of Sex With Two Boys, 17 & 18: Also Trip to Motel, Drinking Alcohol - Freedom High School

We almost went a week without a female teacher sex scandal, can you believe it? Must have been spring break. Good thing Mary Jo Spack, 45, an Honors English teacher at Freedom High School in Tampa, Florida, was still on the job. According to police, Spack is accused of taking a couple of underage boys to a motel room, providing them with alcohol and then--allegedly--having sexual relations with one in the shower. She is charged with 1 Count of Unlawful Sex with a Minor and 2 Counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor.
Investigators say there were 2 victims, ages 17 and 18.
They say the teacher knew both students from Freedom High School where she worked as an Honors English teacher.
According to reports, on March 14th, Spack took the boys to a liquor store, and then to a Howard Johnson Motel on Fowler Avenue, where she reserved a room and drank alcohol with the boys.
Cops say Spack, who is married according to court records, had sex with the the 17 year old in the shower. Three other students from Freedom High School were also in the motel room, according to police.
The 17-year-old student admitted to having sex with Spack.
