Hong Kong Reporter Loses Job After Being Arrested Masturbating on City Bus

Well, look at it this way: at least it wasn't a SCHOOL bus he was on at the time, right? Here's more on the story from AFP:

A Hong Kong television reporter who quit his job after he was arrested for masturbating naked on a bus said he was only trying to "ease his stress", reports said Friday. Chiu Yu-kit, a former journalist at Asia Television (ATV), admitted in court to the act while he was alone on the top tier of a double-decker bus on July 31, The Standard and other newspapers reported.

An off-duty officer made the arrest after he jogged past the bus and saw Chiu standing on a seat naked and facing a window, the court was told. Chiu, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of indecency in public, but added that he committed the offence only to release his stress.

Female Teacher, Out on Bond for Sex With Boy, Caught Letting Same 15-Year-Old Unlicensed Lover Drive Her SUV - Jeannie Michelle Hodges

If it's Thursday, it must be time for another female teacher sex scandal. And if this sounds like a repeat, well, it sorta is. Remember Stephanie Ragusa? She's the Florida teacher arrested four different times over a period of a few months for having sex with underage boys . . . sometimes the same underage boy twice! Well, now we have another lady teacher who can't stay away from the young boys: Jeannie Michelle Hodges.
Hodges, who taught at Hobbton Middle School in North Carolina, was arrested back in July on charges of statutory rape, sexual offense with a student and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She bonded out on the charges and stayed out of trouble until this weekend when police set up a driver's license check point. They stopped a Ford Explorer with a young male driver at the wheel. Not only did he not have a license, the adult female in the passenger seat (Hint: it was Ms. Hodges) claimed she didn't have one either and had left it at home. They pulled her out of the car and--surprise!--found not only her license, but also a bail bond business card, which lead cops to discover that the passenger had been arrested for having sex with the same young male that she was now illegally letting drive her car! At right, Jeannie Michelle Hodges original mug shot . . . or is that her second one?
Here's more form the Sampson Independent:

When the Ford Explorer approached the checkpoint, police officers stopped it and asked the teenage driver for his driver’s license. He replied that he did not have one. Officers then asked the boy’s age, to which he answered 15, before asking if passenger Hodges had her license. Hodges told officers that she had a license, but not with her, reports state.
Both were asked to exit the Explorer and officers received consent to search it. A search was conducted of both the vehicle and Hodges’ purse. Inside the purse, officers found Hodges’ driver’s license as well as a business card for a local bail bonding service, according to reports.
When officers questioned Hodges about the card, she stated that she recently bonded out of jail on charges of statutory rape. Officers asked if it was the 15-year-old driver, to which she replied yes, authorities said.
Sheriff’s investigators have said that Hodges engaged in an affair with the 15 year old during the end of the 2007-08 school year, throughout which the juvenile was a student of hers. The student stayed overnight at Hodges’ residence “on multiple occasions” during that time, investigators said.

Man Arrested for Drunk Driving With Infant in Back Seat - And Much More!

If this was just a simple case of a drunk parent driving with the kids in the car, this may not have made it on The Dumbass Daily. I mean, really: how often do we hear about these idiots? Once or twice a week anymore? But Amilcar Lopez, 21, of Lynn, MA went above and beyond with his latest arrest. And we do mean "latest" since it appears this has happened a couple of times in the past. Let's see if we can break it down for you in bullet points:

- Passed several cars waiting at a stop light, turned left against same light right in front of cops
- Pulled over for OUI (operating under the influence) at 3:45 in the afternoon
- Not wearing seatbelt
- Infant daughter in the back seat, in a car seat, but NOT buckled in.
- Told cops he had a valid drivers license when he didn't
- Almost fell out of car when cops asked him to get out
- Urinated on himself while sitting in the back of a police car
- Cops find 12 empty bottles of Heineken in his car and another partially full
- And to top things off, the license plates on his Honda matched to a different vehicle, a 1998 Ford Explorer, recently purchased by someone else

In the end, young Mr. Lopez was charged with: operating under the influence (second offense), OUI with a child in the car, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, two counts of a red light violation, improper passing, drinking alcohol from a container while driving, driving an unregistered car and driving an uninsured car. And yes, somehow his kid was okay through all of this. (The Daily Item of Lynn)

Teacher Arrested for Being Drunk in Class, Blew Twice the Legal Limit BAC to Drive - Schallenberger Elementary School in San Jose

The little monsters have only been back in the classroom a couple of weeks and the teachers are already hitting the booze--and HARD! How hard? They're showing up at school drunk.
Apparently at Schallenberger Elementary School in San Jose some teachers became concerned about one of their as-yet-unnamed co-worker who appeared to be inebriated (for those of you in Muncie, that would be drunk, plastered, or smashed). So, they contacted the administration, who called the cops, who showed up only to confirm what everyone already seemed to know: this lady teacher was drunk! According to the cops, more than twice the legal limit to drive of .08% BAC or around .16% . . . which is some pretty good drinking! You don't get that by having a single Bloody Mary before work or a can of beer in the car at lunch.
Regardless of how she got her liquor, this female teacher was charged with a misdemeanor because it's against the law to be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor, drug or controlled substance in a condition that leaves someone unable to exercise care for his or her own safety or the safety of others. Male Teacher Arrested for Sending Porn to Student - Thomas Price, Lincoln High School

Are high school kids that lazy these days that they need to have a teacher actually send porn to them? Why, I remember in the old days when kids had to find their own porn or find a copy of National Geographic. Not that I'm complaining or anything, but it just seems that no matter how easy we make things for kids these days (haven't they ever heard of the Internet for free porn?) they're just whining for more.
Here's more from The Charleston Gazette:

A Harrison County fine arts teacher has been arrested for allegedly sending sexually explicit material to a minor. Thomas Price, 42, of Shinnston was arrested at Lincoln High School on Thursday and charged with two counts of displaying and distributing obscene matter to a minor. State Police Senior Trooper B.W. Claypool wouldn't give the victim's age, or say whether he's a student at the school. Claypool says Price allegedly had sent the boy links to pornographic Web sites and sexually charged text messages since January. The investigation was prompted by a complaint from the victim's family.
