We Have a Winner! Man Arrested for 153rd Time!
Forget it if you think you're hot sh*t for being arrested 20 or 30 times. Paul Baldwin of Portsmouth, New Hampshire has just been arrested for the 153rd time, this time for punching someone in the face, just days after spending a year in jail for stealing $1.99 can of beer. Baldwin wants to plead guilty, but the prosecutor hasn't been able to determine a charge yet because he hasn't had time to review the man's lengthy record.
Arraigned June 1 by video from the Rockingham County House of Corrections, Baldwin, 49, with no fixed address, was charged with a class A misdemeanor count of simple assault alleging he hit someone in the face in Market Square. He told the court he didn’t want a lawyer and was prepared to plead guilty, but prosecutor Rena DiLando said her office has not had time to contact the alleged victim for input.Free from jail for days, man arrested for 153rd time [Boston Herald]
DiLando petitioned the court for $5,000 cash bail, noting that Baldwin’s criminal history is so lengthy she didn’t have time to read it all. She said he was also cited twice for violation-level offenses during his first week out of jail, once for a trespassing on the railroad tracks and another time for having an open container of beer.

Sorry, but your man has a LONG way to go. Lexington, Kentucky's Henry Earl has been arrested over 1300 times, and he's spent more than 5000 days in custody. See The Smoking Gun for its update of last year...
153 times and New Hampshire still can't get it wright? It's clear that this guy wants to stay in jail. How about all his victims do to him, what he did to them 10 fold. His last victim should be able to punch him in the face 10 times. Anyway you look at it, this guy is a total loser.
