Nicole Jacques,25, apparently wasn't a teacher for very long, but apparently she made the most of her time at Calvary Baptist School (PA) racking up more than 70 charges related to a sexual relationship with a former student, 15.
Not a lot of details on this one yet (but with 70 separate charges, you have to assume the cops got a lot of details about when and where) but it does say the entire affair was uncovered when cops were alerted by the boy's parents to "excessive and inappropriate contact" between the 15-year-old and Jacques.(Nicole Jacques mug shot picture at right.)
And this is why you can't send your kids to public school. Oh wait . . .
A former teacher for a Christian school in Montgomery County has been charged with having sex with a 15-year-old.
Nicole Jacques, of the 2000 block of Maple Avenue in Hatfield Township, is charged with 20 counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, 20 counts of Statutory Sexual Assault, 10 counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor and 20 counts of Corruption of Minors.
The Hatfield Police Department said the investigation began back on February 10th when one of the teen's parents contacted officers about "excessive and inappropriate contact" between the 15-year-old and Jacques.Police say, through their investigation, they learned Jacques met the teen while she worked at the Calvary Baptist School, but resigned in 2011.
Following her resignation, police said, Jacques still continued to communicate with the victim and that was when the relationship turned sexual - with the encounters taking place at Jacques apartment.
