A mother left her children in an unlocked car so she could drunkenly ogle strippers. She now faces child neglect charges. Brandi Jo Roman, 28, ditched her 3-year-old girl and crying 5-year-old boy in her Ford F-150. The woman forgot a can of Four Loko (malt liquor) in plain view within the children's reach and the vehicle reeked of alcohol.
Officers from the Tampa Police Department spotted Roman sitting beside the stage with cash in her hand. They immediately noticed signs of inebriation, such as slurred speech. "When the officers asked her to stand up she was unstable," TPD spokesperson Janelle McGregor told the Daily News, "They could smell the alcohol emitting from her mouth."
