You know how everyone says professional wrestling if fake? It may well be, but this guy's injury (and his stupidity for trying something called a "moonsault") are very real.

The Corkscrew Moonsault, also known as the Skytwister Press, is a twisting moonsault in which the wrestler stands on an elevated platform, such as the top rope, or the corner of the ring, and performs a moonsault with a 360° twist or multiple twists, landing as if performing a normal moonsault. A split-legged variation was used as a finisher by John Morrison also called the Starship Pain.
