San Antonio, Texas, cops, Emmanuel Galindo and Alejandro Chapa, trick women into working undercover, and then force the women to have sex with them.

In closing arguments, a prosecutor had said the two former officers were criminals who lured women into having sex, displaying their badges — and at one point, a gun — and using official-looking police documents and application forms to make them believe their offer of payment was for a legitimate crime-fighting program.
Several young women testified this week that the officers recruited them for what they thought was an undercover sting operation that required them to play sexual roles, promising money — and in some cases, help with legal problems — and having them sign forms that included an agreement to have sex. Three of them said they attended “training” sessions where the men plied them with alcohol and promised higher payments to pressure them into sexual intercourse.
