I'm a little late on the comments...but I have to agree. If the teacher admitted to shaking my child, the teacher probably wouldn't have made it to school the morning after I'd found out. If another adult did something like that to my son they'd have a lot more than a few scratches. I only fault the mother in that she only got in a punch or two, but she was pregnant.
