He pled guilty to inappropriate behavior, which was licking his thumb and leaving a thumbprint on a girl's sunglasses. How that got twisted into sexual assault I'll never understand. He did NOT, repeat, NOT plead guilty to offering money for sex.

My daughter just graduated from that school. Mr. Khoe was one of her favorite teachers. He is a sweet, kind, caring man. All of the students love him and any that I have talked to are standing by him. He would not do what they said he did - no way, no how!
