Naughty Cops Caught on Tape With Young Woman in Mini Skirt - Elkhart, Indiana

It looks like the start of a "Girls Gone Wild" video with a scantily dressed young woman talking to some men who appear to want to see just a little more skin than she's already showing . . . which is a lot. Only, in this case, this happened in a Elkhart, Indiana police station and the men involved were cops. In addition to behaving badly, the men also took pictures of this, uh "entertaining" young woman. Lots of pictures. Here's more from LiveLeak.com (Watch the video below):

It all started early Thanksgiving morning when a woman with dark hair, a white shirt, and denim mini skirt and white boots entered the lobby of the Elkhart Police headquarters.
The entire episode was recorded by two separate surveillance cameras, although there was no audio. The woman in question was not under arrest. "She was just waiting on transportation I believe," said Assistant Chief Timothy Balyeat, "she resided in Chicago and was waiting on somebody to come pick her up."
At one point, one of the men working behind the front desk gives the woman a drink.
Not all the friendly gestures were so innocent. At about 4:04 a.m. the woman stepped into a room to the side of the front desk. Through an open door, the security camera shows body contact and inappropriate touching between the woman and at least one police worker. The images indicate that pictures are being taken, and at one point it appears the woman's skirt is pulled up to her waist.
Around 4:15 a.m. the woman climbs onto the counter at the front desk.
At least two of the three males behind the desk appear to take pictures with camera phones. One even walks out from behind the counter and enters the lobby so he can take a picture from behind. "Everybody played their little part. It was just wrong all the way around," said Balyeat.

Deputy's Wife Caught on Tape Having Sex With 16-Year-Old - Jessica Wink, 22

So, you're a deputy in Palm Beach County, Florida and a guy your hot blond 22-year-old wife works with at the local grocery store comes to you with a videotape and says, "I don't want to ruin your day." You should pretty much know that it's not going to be a good day. And, of course, once you see the tape and it shows your wife having sex with an underage boy, you know the whole week is shot. The wife of a Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy has been arrested after a videotape showing her having sex with a 16-year-old boy came into police hands, investigators said.
Jessica Wink, 22, German Armentano, 18, and the 16-year-old boy were taken into custody Wednesday after police said Armentano provided detectives with a videotape of Wink and the boy having sex.
According to a police report, Armentano got into an argument with Wink and decided to show her husband the videotape he made of her and the teenage boy on June 18.
Armentano told Wink's husband, "I don't want to ruin your day," before the two met at a Checker's in Wellington where they viewed the tape, according to the report.
Investigators said Armentano told police that he, Wink, and the teen had previously talked about videotaping sexual activity between the three, but, on this occasion, Armentano did not engage in sexual acts while it was being recorded.
Wink and Armentano made their first appearance in court Thursday morning. They currently remain in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Hot Springs, Arkansas Cop Joey Williams Goes Nuts on Teen Skateboarders - Go Skate Boarding Day, June 21, 2007

Not sure what's going on here, but it doesn't make the cop look very good. June 21 was Go Skate Boarding Day and, well, these kids in Hot Springs were skateboarding downtown when an officer, later identified as Joey Williams, tried to arrest one of them. He ended up arrested several of them. Here's more from Fox 16:

Hot Springs police are looking into an officer's actions after an Internet video appeared to show him choking three teens who were skateboarding near the city's famed Bathhouse Row.
Hot Springs police spokesman McCrary Means confirmed today that Officer Joey Williams stopped the teens on a city sidewalk June 21st. Means declined further comment, saying the department would release more information about the arrests later today.
The YouTube video, posted Monday, shows Williams apparently choking one teen and forcing him to the ground, while later chasing and wrestling two others while holding them in a headlock. Voices in the background can be heard asking Williams why he was arresting the youths.
In the video, Williams says several times that the teens violated a city ordinance by "fleeing" from police. Williams could not be immediately reached for comment.

San Francisco Cop Caught in Car With Teen Prostitute - Sgt. Donald Forte

Wow! I suppose if you're going to be a cop and cross over the line, you might as well do it with a teenaged prostitute in your car. Here's more from NBC11:

Police said a San Francisco police officer has been charged with having sex with a 14-year old prostitute, NBC 11 reported.
Police said Sgt. Donald Forte, 58, was arrested last Thursday night in Oakland when police officers found him with the prostitute in his car.
Forte is a motorcycle squad supervisor and has been with the department for more than 35 years, officials said.
Forte appeared in an Alameda County courtroom Monday, but he did not enter a plea.He is facing one felony count of committing a lewd act on a child.

Woman Gets $29,000 for Walking Around Topless - Jill Coccara, Phoenix Feeley Picture

Ladies: Want to Earn Big Money Walking Around Topless? No Experience Required! Just go to New York City, take off your short and get yourself arrested. Wait . . . what?
Apparently, back in 2005, New York's Finest didn't know that the city fathers had passed a law back in 1992 allowing women to walk around topless. They wrongly arrested an artist named Jill Coccara (who now goes by the name of Phoenix Feeley - pictured right) and she filed a lawsuit, eventually winning $14,500 per breast. What a deal! A New York woman who was arrested for exposing her breasts in 2005 was awareded a $29,00(USD) settlement from the city, according to media reports Monday.
Jill Coccara was arrested two years ago for walking in a public area without wearing a shirt.
In 1992, the state implemented a law allowing women to appear topless in public, affording the same rights as men to appear in public without a shirt.
Coccara, 27, who now goes by the name as Phoenix Feeley, was detained for nearly 12 hours before being released without being charged.
Her lawyer, Jeffery Rothman said his client won a civil rights settlement, but the city did not admit or deny any wrongdoing.

Cop Arrested for Offering to Pay 16-Year-Old Girl $50 to Pose Topless

Assigning police officers to high schools to control classroom violence has been affective in many parts of the United States. In fact, it also allows the officers to get to know students on a more personal level, making them less fearful of the police. But George Wesley Helms, 35, a cop at Hutto High School may have taken that a little bit too far. More from The Statesman:

A police officer assigned to Hutto High School asked a 16-year-old student last month to take off her clothes while he photographed her in his office and even paid her $50, according to an arrest affidavit.
George Wesley Helms, 35, was fired from the Hutto Police Department last month after police were tipped off that he had taken inappropriate photos of the girl, Hutto police said. After a monthlong investigation, police arrested Helms on Tuesday and charged him with sexual performance of a child, a second-degree felony that carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
The affidavit said that Helms took several dozen photos of the girl in his office March 6 but that she was clothed.
The next day, the student returned, and Helms asked again if he could photograph her, according to the affidavit.
This time, according to court documents, Helms put a chair in front of his office door and asked the girl to remove her shirt, bra and pants.
He then photographed her topless and gave her $50 "to induce her to stay a little longer," the affidavit states.
A third party told police about the photos later that day, and Helms was fired from the department on March 9.

Chicago Cop Punches Female Bartender Who Wouldn't Serve Him

This is so wrong! A huge off-duty Chicago police officer has been arrested after a videotaped beating of a tiny female bartender came to light. Catch the video here. More from First Coast News:

A bar beating caught on tape lands a Chicago police officer behind bars. He is accused of throwing the punches -- brutally attacking the much-smaller bartender -- after she refused to serve him alcohol last month.

Anthony Abbate was clearly behaving badly even before he attacked the 25-year-old bartender. Security video shows the 38-year-old off-duty police officer throwing down the petite woman and beating her repeatedly.

"He came behind the bar and beat a sweet, 5-foot-3, 120 pound woman senseless by throwing her around like she was a sack of potatoes, kicking her, and punching her repeatedly when she was drunk," the victim's attorney Terry Ekl said.

Abbate appeared in court Wednesday to answer what were previously misdemeanor battery charges and are now felony charges, which involve the state's attorney's office.

"Those acts merit a felony charge," assistant state's attorney David Navarro said.
