Busy Mother of Two Finds Success With the Idiot Proof Diet

This email came in from Amanda about her experience with Fat Loss 4 Idiots (aka The Idiot Proof Diet):
"I have done Weight Loss for Idiots, and it did work. I didn't always follow the diet exactly, so even though I lost weight, I didn't loose as much as the diet claims you could. For example, I am a mother of 2 small children, and I found it difficult to find the time to exercise...so I didn't. I also ate whatever I happened to cook for dinner that night, because I wasn't disciplined enough to make dinner for myself and something different everyone else.
I followed the diet during the day and ate SENSIBLY during dinner. I think it really worked for me because 1. Drinking all that water (in any diet) really helps the weight fall off, and 2. it taught me what it feels like to be full. You can only eat so much tuna salad, or so many chicken breasts in one sitting. When food is delicious you (or at least I) stuff yourself and ignore being full. When the food is a little less exciting and you don't have such a desire to wolf it down you learn really quickly what it feels like to be full.
Even after I stopped the diet, I continued with the water and sensible eating and have kept the weight off. Hope this helps someone. Amanda"
